Have had lovely experiences with this outfit! I get to experience great coffees from different quality roasters in the city, all shipped to my door in one go. Getting to taste a diverse range of local roasters is what excited me most about What the Cup. The communication is excellent, shipping is quick, and the personalized touches are super thoughtful! Definitely a must try for any coffee lover :)

What the Cup has a wide variety of (some of my favorite) Canadian specialty coffee roasters all in one online shop. It’s super convenient to buy coffee from several roasters under one “roof.” Kriti is wonderful and gives everything a personal touch. This is a small business I will keep coming back to for my coffee!

The collection! OMG!You will see that there are some countries you didn’t even know that they grow coffee. They are responsibly sourced and well priced.P.S: I am a regular!

Best place to order coffee from, very big selection so you can try a bunch of different roasters and only pay the one shipping price or get free shipping! very friendly service answering any questions you have, give them a shot next time you order coffee!

Okay so I haven't even gotten my coffees yet, but one thing I love is that all the coffees you want are on one website and its all shipped together rather then going to different websites to order from all the roasters. I wanna say a huge thank you to the people behind the chat who was so helpful! I had one coffee I wanted that wasn't on the website and they were very helpful with putting it on the website so I can buy it. Another thing was I needed to add more coffees to the order and they were so generous in helping me with this. I had never had such amazing service before and they were so patient with answering all my questions. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!
