Great food and an awesome vibe. Good music and a pretty good spot to bring kids. The music is loud enough to drown out the screaming children as to not disturb other tables. Plenty of options off the menu to choose from and in the warmer months, looks like a decent place to sit outside. They also have a bar on the right side for those wanting to stay away from the noisy kiddos.

Loved the decor and the music. Waitress was friendly and patient. Mexican food delicious. 2 sides to the building. One side for adults who like to have beverages, the other side for family and kids. Smaller parking lot.

I had a great lunch in the Sioux Falls Vinyl Taco and was excited to try the GF location. We stopped at 1:15 and the place wasn’t very busy, maybe 30% capacity. We sat in the bar area and waited around 15 minutes to get a drink and a menu. We ordered about 10 minutes later and got some chips soon after. Chips and guacamole were great, but then we waited until 2:25 before we had to give up. The waiter picked up the tab and offered a gift certificate, which was nice, but something is wrong if it takes an hour to get 4 tacos.

Greeted on arrival with a quick run through of drink specials. I opted for smoke on the water- a tasty mezcal drink, not too sweet.Service was friendly. Would I call it authentic Mexican cuisine? Let's just say, not from any of the many regions of Mexico I've been to, but I thoroughly enjoyed their take on it.I got a doubled corn shell, instead of flour, (your choice of corn or flour). The pork belly taco was quite tasty, as was the fish taco. The house made black beans are flavorful and filling. I enjoy the a-la-carte aspect, as I prefer small portions.Chips and queso appetizer was a good starter.Dessert was a temptation we thwarted this time out. Let me tell ya tho, it said churro/ice cream... soooo... soon, soon.Eats were reasonably priced & satisfying.

We got to take out from this place as we drove into Grand forks never having tried it before. Wow, what a great taste! The cilantro lime chicken tacos were especially good and my wife loved her shrimp tacos.The ambiance looks great inside if you are a music lover... Would have loved to check it out more but needed to get to our hotel.

I was super excited about trying this place. I brought the whole family with the kids. Once I got the kids out of the car I found out you must be 21 or older to enter. The art was pretty cool and I still want to try their food one day.I finally got a chance to check this place out with my kids and we loved it. The waitress was amazing, the food was great, the atmosphere was so cool. The restaurant was very clean we will be going back.

Very cool place! The tacos are great! Probably the best vegetarian taco I have had anywhere! Super cool decor. Great outside seating. Definitely going back to try some drinks!

The first time we have been to Vinyl Taco. We arrived with a party of six just ahead of the rush. We were so glad we did, as the crowds followed after us. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The big hit were the Tortilla Poppers…not one but a second order. The place has a very cool vibe. When we get back to Grand Forks we will be back for some more poppers.

Food has a unique flavor of its own, not authentic Mexican not tex-mex but very good! Food is served quickly, hot and fresh.Ordered too much food the first time I went, so order like 4 street tacos and pick the one you like! But you'll be full!
