The customer service at black cat’s is above and beyond! I was moving and passing through Chilliwack hoping to purchase a set of the Lykke Cypra needles (they are copper and absolutely stunning). Black cats was the only place they had any in stock and went above and beyond. Not only was I able to purchase the set but they also met me right off the highway! Highly recommend them!

Amazing! I love Kim and her hubby. They are always so welcoming. No judgement. Amazing customer service. Always ready to point you in the right direction. Plus she has Sailor Moon and Legend of Zelda inspired yarn colors. This is by far my favorite local business.

10/10 best yarn store in Chilliwack. Kim, Evan and the whole fam jam are always so wonderful and welcoming. I could seriously get caught up for hours just talking, let alone looking at all the amazing hand dyed yarn skeins in the shop.

I've placed and received many orders now from Black Cat, and my terrific family purchased a 6 month club package, and I love it. I've only dealt with Evan online and on the phone, since the store has been curbside pickup only since Covid hit. All interactions have been excellent. The yarn is fabulous to work with and the colours are different enough from all the other dyers out there that you could never be bored with them. I highly recommend this shop. I can't wait to be able to go into the actual store and browse!

My wife visited here with her friend, an avid knitter. Place was an ash in wool and supplies. Highly recommend it.
