What a bad experience. Charges 5 dollars more for a riverside" spot without a sewer hookup. Was informed when I booked there was a wedding scheduled that would be over by 11pm.When checking in

Had a great time here! Denise was very sweet and helped us in a great spot! Marie ann attended to our needs after hours and was super helpful! They have great clean bathrooms and fun events for family and kids! I would be staying here again anytime! Hope to see you guys again!! Xo

This was a very accommodating site. It was a great alternative to our traditional hotel/airBnb when visiting Surrey for soccer. Hazelmere allowed out whole team to come down and have a BBQ and use the outdoor pool. We will be visiting again!

I want to give this a 3.5, not a 3 or a 4.Some aspects of this RV park are wonderful--well-shaded, nice community feel, clean, reasonable rates, far away from highways so it's quiet. We enjoy our stays for sure, showers are free. There are trails connected nearby and lots of hiking at nearby parks. For being so far south, it is surprisingly quick to get to Van/Abby, etc.However, more and more disrepair catches up with them. One of the women's washrooms was not open during our whole stay. Wifi promised, but was really poor in coverage, speed and reliability. Late night rules not consistently enforced.BUT, all said, at their current rates, the positives outweigh the negatives. We've enjoyed our stays there and will stay there again. So far the best RV park we've found in Surrey/Langley for camping.

We were lucky enough to get a cabin. It was the peaceful rest we needed. Beautiful park, awesome people. Clean and lots of room for the pups to run. Excellent

Beautiful campsite with plenty of amenities. The showers, washrooms, and pool were all very clean, as well as our campsite. I stayed there with my band while we were out playing shows in the area and we all had a great experience! Our site had a huge field with a volleyball net, benches, and you can borrow all kinds of stuff from the campground like soccer balls, volleyballs, and frisbees. They have free mini golf and the swimming pool is very cheap, only $2.50 per person.Everyone working there was super nice, especially the ladies at the office. They were very accommodating and they even let us store all of our music gear in a safe locked room for free while we went out.Overall the park has a lot of character and with tons of permanent residents and a little village feel to it. There’s a beautiful pond and garden in the center of the campgrounds as well. The location is beautiful as well, with White Rock Beach not even 15 minutes away.It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a nice clean campground in the Metro Vancouver area! We would definitely stay there again!

I'm giving Laura 5 stars, she was amazing! And very accommodating! The park itself has gone down hill! 40 dollars for 1.5 hours of pool time! Not cool!, the tenting at the creek has been removed and they moved it the the front field which has no water or power! And the washrooms are way too far away if you have little children... speaking of which... the park is gone so one less thing for us to do with the kids.... this used to be such a grate place for us to camp locally! Sadly we will not be returning and have already scheduled a new camp site for next year! Sorry hazelmere but you lost a customer! We will not be returning!

Came with my family to visit our friends that were camping here and to have a bbq and swim in the pool. One of the workers were extremely rude to us before we entered the pool saying we cant go in unless we put the wrist bands on otherwise she said we would get yelled at by the manager.... we were literally just going to put them on before we went in... we had them in our hands not like we were trying to sneak in which seemed like she was insinuating. Anyway we wont be returning again it wasn't a fun visit and besides the pool there isnt much else to do there since there is no more park for the kids or anything.... pretty boring in my opinion and a waste of money... save your money people and go somewhere else this place is very underwhelming.

Sadly Hazelmere has deteriorated tremendously since we were last there 8 years ago. Our first site this weekend smelled of poo and was littered with toilet paper. We requested to move to a site near the creek, but tents are no longer permitted there. We were thankfully allowed to choose another site on the dry camping field and found a nice spot. Use of the pool is an extra $5 per person in 3 hour time slots and the hot tub is not functional. While the clubs and balls are provided free of charge for mini golf, the course is all but abandoned. On a positive note, the bathrooms were clean and the showers wonderfully hot. We won’t be returning anytime soon.
