Envi Network

Amazing quality of service from this company. We have a 1000/100 Fiber line and I couldn't be happier. Everyone I have worked with has been great. Installers did the job without bothering our active business. By far the best service and quality of internet I have received, ever.

I stumbled across Envi while looking for alternatives to our existing office internet. We have about 12 full tome people (staff/tenants) exclusively using VOIP phones and wifi/Ethernet connections to our network. Needless to say, we previously paid for 2x (blue/red) internet carriers to bring their best versions of internet into our building and used a bonding service to keep our internet dependable in case one or the other lines dropped. It worked before, but was certainly somewhat previously complicated.We made the switch to Envi about a year ago and it’s been absolutely incredible. I have had zero complaints ever from staff or tenants regarding line drops; whereas even using 2x internet carriers before, we would get 1-2 lines drops every 4-6 months and sometimes this would mess us printer synchronization/access for certain users. This was a moderate nuisance. Now, it’s been bulletproof. Super easy, unbelievably fast, and perfectly reliable. I truly wish we started here.This company is run like a local business but has superb speeds and quality of a massive internet supply Corp. As a business owner in town and a local resident, the story behind Envi Amazes me. I’m very impressed with the Town of Newmarket on this one!Envi is full TRUE Fibre; which I was blown away by in Newmarket. No other local internet is comparable for speed. Our other business office is in Toronto and has had Fibre for years so I was already aware of the difference is speed/dependability. Newmarket me was always jealous of Toronto me when it came to online efficiency.When I first spoke to Envi, I was unsure in the very beginning because the Envi offer literally felt like such a no-brainer. I was hesitant because it seemed too easy. We made the switch and it was so simple. It took about 2 weeks longer than expected to get the lines to out office but that didn’t bother me as we did receive updates.After switching to Envi, we’ve since canceled our 2x previous internet carriers. It now costs less money per month versus what we were paying before (2x internets and bonding hardware/service costs). Envi also had unbelievably better up/down speeds.Our building is near Gorham/Harry Walker in Newmarket. If you can get access based on your office location, I think Envi is a total game changer for internet in town.Their story into existence is also amazing And something I was glad to support. The initial cost to get started was extraordinarily reasonable and worth every single penny. My only wish is that Envi could be delivered to my house address; where we continue to deal with “resetting the modem” every several days/weeks depending on users and traffic.I honestly can’t believe this internet quality is available in Newmarket. It’s a Tier 1 product with pricing that is unbelievably fair.A++ quality. A++ value. A++ service/people.Full recommendation!
