Their signature fruit tea basically doesn’t have much fruit. It’s different with other kung fu tea. Not recommended

The quality of the bbt is good, but unfortunately, it's rare that I can actually have the drink I initially want due to missing ingredients. Additionally, ordering through the apps can be frustrating as it doesn't show what items are unavailable, resulting in wasted time when only part of the order can be processed. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location.I want to also be precise that this situation happened the exact 3 last time I went to that shop/order through apps. I guess I'm done with that place.

I’ve been to this location many times and the drinks were good, but this time I ordered a mango ice tea and a pineapple ice tea and they tasted terrible. A new worker made these drinks and I even told them they tasted bad but they did not offer to remake it. The pineapple ice tea looked like vomit, tasted terrible and looked nothing like the picture and the mango ice tea tasted like water. They should hire competent workers instead of these workers that can’t follow a recipe.

First time came to this Kongfu bubble tea location. The service lady was so rude and refused to take the order. Because she said she can’t understand the Asian accent. It is deeply concerning to hear about a bubble tea shop that exhibits poor customer service and discrimination towards certain customers. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background or appearance. As a business, it is important to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers to ensure they feel valued and respected. Kongfu tea is always my first choice but not this location. So disappointed.

I love Kung Fu and this location is my most frequented place for bubble tea, however I had a bad experience at my last *attempted* visit. It was 10:30pm and I called them to double check if they still had tapioca as they were closing at 11pm and they had run out of tapioca before closing before. They answered and said they still had tapioca. I drove there and by the time I got there at 10:40pm, the lights were off and they were closed (20 minutes before the displayed time). This is super upsetting as I drove there and couldn’t get bubble tea anywhere else as they all close at 11pm in the area.

The ice cream black warrior is essentially a milk tea float made with the brown sugar latte, which is my go-to at Kung Fu Tea. The crisp sweetness from the brown sugar worked wonders with the more mild and creamy flavour of the ice cream. The boba and syrup were warm and created a beautiful contrast with the ice cream and tea. Cost around $7.5, and only comes in the regular size, not large. Though the price is kind of much for a drink, the flavour more than makes up for it, and is pretty standard for a specialty milk tea anyway.

Nice bubble tea place with modern interior. Decent flavours. Staff were attentive and helpful.The signature lite fruit tea looks really pretty with the fruit slices inside, the drink itself was sweet and fruity. We tried one of the float series drinks and it was way too sweet. Had to dilute it with more milk at home.They also have egg waffles here, haven't tried it but it looks yummy.

Honestly the flavours are really good and there’s a lot of variety. Tapioca is soft and warm, good flavour, but for all the other chewy tapioca lovers it isn’t the most chewy. Overall great service and great placePs cranberry slush is surprisingly super tasty

Great selection of the bubble tea. Neat & clean. Nice decor. Minus one star for the staff. The only concern was we placed the order via the app while our parties were sitting down to wait. Been sitting down for over 10 mins and no staff informed us the drinks were ready sitting on the counter. As we walked in, we already informed the staff we wanted to place the order via the app.
