Had a great experience this morning at Roof Mart I was waiting in line I needed some screws they didn't have the right size they went and bag me a a size that I needed and I still was waiting in line and they just gave him all to me for free because it wasn't him put it in their system great customer service great guys

I went there after the last wind storm blew a few shingles off the roof. Thought I'd grab a pack and ended up walking out with the few I only needed.Best part was they were gratis.Very happy and suprised.I will return.

I understand you guys have great quality products and this was a one time ordeal but my grandpa came in and bought some shingles today and he had asked if there was a damage bin he could take a few shingles cause he doesn’t need a whole pack. Instead your workers crushed the package of shingles he bought. Tomorrow we will be coming in for a full money back exchange. And you won’t be getting the pack of shingles back
