Before visiting this store, I read the reviews and pretty excited to visit the store. I went in there, there were three workers one on phone two female are just standing, there were no customers at that time, I was the only one but no one talk to me or ask me for 10 minutes. I look around to get attention and the female worker came and say “do you need anything” I ask what I want to know and she answered me but not friendly or helpful at all. I don’t think I will go back there. Not recommended. Poor customer service.

Went to see lawnmower for home use today after was recommended by a colleague! Went there close to closing time and was well greeted even after 5 pm! Am given 2 options and will decide whether it's a Cub Cadet or Toro! Got my eyes in the prize!Went to buy and was sold! Ended up buyinga John Deere from Lowes! Its fast like my Honda S2000! I settled for 42inch and able to go through trees!

I bought a leaf blower with a mulching feature. My experience this morning was very good. I believe I got the best deal I could find and good quality . The lady that assisted me was very noligable and very good at what she does. Thank you for a great buying experience.

they provide the worst service.went there for repairing service for the lawnmover that was in repair warantee for 4 years with them and they told me there wont be any charges for repairing but when I got there for the pickup, they charged me 100 bucks and the mover is still not working. they make big lies, dont fall for their scams, instead go to any other shops around. I ll never recommend anyone to go to this place

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed some parts to upgrade my chainsaw and not only did they come in quickly, they all fit and work like a charm. They have a great showroom too, definitely a good place to go for any small engine needs.

Just had my Simplicity gas tractor in at Vincent's to have them install a new set of traction chains so as I can plow snow with the blade attachment. The entire service turn around was top shelf. I recommend this place to any landscaper, or anyone needing any type of yard tool.A little pricey, but you pay for convenience and quality products.This is a one stop shop. They even provide tool repair services.
