Culligan Water Conditioning of Port Huron

The Culligan tech that came to install our new water filtration system was very personable. I’m new to well water and was nervous about not having any knowledge of the maintenance involved with it. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Even explained the entire process, from the well to the point it comes out of the faucet.We also had a reverse osmosis system installed for drinking water and you would never even know we had well water if we didn’t tell you. I quit buying bottled water since having it installed and it tastes better!Very impressed with the price. I’m paying under half of what I was paying for city water. Filter changes and equipment repairs are free. They send a tech out when it’s time, I don’t even have to remember to call, they do that for me.Overall, very good experience with Culligan, from their customer service to the products and services they offer. I would highly recommend them to anyone with well water. They made drinking well water easy.

Culligan has surpassed my expectations of excellent service! We recently moved and needed our unit removed out of one house and a new one installed at our new home. Our water was awful and turned our toilets and tub brown within a day and the Culligan softener was a miracle system. They got someone out quickly to remove and install at both houses! Drew at Culligan did an excellent job installing our water softener and was an absolute pleasure to work with and very professional!

Everyone is so sweet, installation was quick and painless, prices are fantastic, and the drinking water is top notch! Complete professionalism and wonderful company. No complaints!

My family and I have been happy customers with Culligan of Port Huron for some time now and when we buy our own home soon we will be adding a much larger system. Culligan people are good people!

We’ve been renting a water softener for about 2 years and although we’ve had limited interaction with the office and employees, those interactions have always been great. The staff are friendly and were very accommodating when I needed the softener serviced.

I liked how friendly and knowledgeable staff was during the consultation and install. During the installation the tech told what he was doing and what each piece of equipment did. He was very professional and friendly. Before the installation my kids wouldn't even go near the water because of the smell and hated the taste. After adding the whole home system and drinking water system they love it and said it taste like city water maybe even better then city water. I want to say thank you because now maybe I can get them to cut back on their soda and sugary drink intake.

Great service! We get (8) of the 5-gallon jugs of water delivered monthly. We use it in our humidifier and our water dispenser and love it. Our water is very hard and this is a great solution. Very similar to what we were paying at the grocery store but no lugging them around because they’re delivered right to our door! And, we get a personal call/voice message the Friday before our delivery date. A+ all around!

The management and staff goes above and beyond to create excellent customer service experience. Having soft water is the best decision I've made. My dishes are clearer, hair is softer and it tastes clean and crisp. 10/10 would recommend again

I love Culligan water! The fact that I can have Hot Water, Ice Cold Water, or Room Temperature Water at the push of a button is so convenient for me! Not to mention that the water tastes great! Water is my primary drink.Thank you Culligan!
