Giving one star because it's not possible to give less. We recently had to euthanize our 15 year old dog.When the tech came in to give him the sedative she was very rough & Baron jumped. She then poked him again & even laughed a bit at how he moved. She left the room & I started to pet my dog, only to find my hand smeared with his blood from his injection site. Seriously - who leaves a dog with blood just flowing out from a puncture site instead of holding pressure for a moment? What - did you think that because he was there for euthanasia that he wasn't worth your compassion or empathy?After everything was all over, my mother decided that she only wanted his urn & ashes. So, I specifically talked to the staff, pre-paid for a memorial paw print of my own & left them my phone number to call me when it came in so I could pick it up.They didn't bother to call me. They called my mother - who was on vacation & wouldn't get the message. They also requested that 'Bear' be put on my paw print keepsake when I specifically requested his actual name 'Baron'. When I called the clinic today to inquire why I wasn't notified that my paw print was back they were rude on the phone, initially claiming that they had to release the print I'd ordered myself to my mother. I reminded them that I had spoken to them directly, pre-paid myself & given them my phone number (the one that they were too incompetent to use after reassuring me that they'd notify me directly when the print was back).Today I physically went in to get my paw print. My mother had requested that I pick up the urn & ashes for her as well while she was away (she has Parkinson's with severe mobility issues & can't drive) if they were ready - but the staff refused to release the urn to me. They didn't even want to release the paw print I'd paid for to me because I wasn't the main contact on file for my dog.Finally they relented & gave me my paw print. However, my mother with severe mobility issues & an inability to drive will now have to figure out how to pick up the urn/ashes as the clinic staff couldn't be bothered to use some compassion. What - did they figure I was going to smash the urn or punt it across the street?! This is my best friend and losing him was one of the worst days of my life.Honestly, if y'all have no compassion, empathy or love for animals why are you working in a vet clinic? This wasn't just an animal to me. He was family. He deserved to be treated with decency & respect as did his grieving family.

Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate! I love that they offer the yearly pet plans, my husband and I use them for both of our dogs. Our one dog recently needed emergency surgery, the team was quick, and the follow up after care was by far the best I’ve experienced. Dr. Caitlin especially is one reason alone to go to this team. Highly recommend!

The people that work at the Blenheim Vet office are amazing. They all show serious compassion for animals & treat your pets as if they were their own. I recently had to put my 13 year old dog down due to some serious age related health issues, & the staff & veterinarian made sure I was aware of every possible option I had available to me. They made a point to make sure exactly what was affecting my dog & made her as comfortable as possible. They were all very patient and understanding during my decision process. Once the need to put her down was clear the vet came right to our home (on her lunch break) & did what had to be done right outside in our own backyard, even while it was raining. We held an umbrella over her but she didn't seemed to mind. She even cried with us after (as much as she tried not to). They also sent us a card in the mail after. I will never take a pet to any other clinic unless I have to. 100% confidence in these people; they are the best.

Compassionate staff very well acknowledged! They spoil my little girl and give her so much attention! I would like to thank all of the staff for everything. Couldn't ask for a better place!

Dr. Caitlin is so very patient and is great at answering all my questions. The staff are friendly and fun to speak with.

We brought our boy tank here and the experience was amazing very nice bubbly people the vet herself is very attentive and informative she loved tank and treated him like her own I recommend this place u will not be disappointed also to add they have an affordable pet care plan 2 plans actually

My Milo crossed the bridge yesterday with Dr Caitlin assisting, it could not have been anymore peaceful & loving .The doctors and staff are genuine . Their extended family are our kids ( fur) . They care and love and go above and beyond . . Milo was treated with the upmost respect as he crossed over . Blenheim Vets have been in my kids life for over 12.5 years and I would never go anywhere else unless it was with this team of amazing people .I know as hard as it was on me , they to felt the loss as well .Thank you so much ❤️Candy M

This amazing vet helped my poor dog when noone else would and I am not a patient there. Amazing service! Really cared about my dog and went above and beyond to help following a holiday weekend. So grateful for them. 10/10 reccomend.

Rude. Small town mentality unfortunately. Difficult to work with, will care more about creating things to charge for than your pet.
