Saltfleet Stoney Creek Soccer Club

Wildly disappointed. This is the first negative review I have ever written. It was SO disorganized and honestly hard to watch. It was as if the coaches could care less. My daughter didn’t receive everything we paid for and I have emailed them FOUR TIMES since August and no one will email me back! Everyone else got a bag and ball and she didn’t. I grew up playing soccer at Saltfleet so I’m really sad my daughter won’t carry on that tradition. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

If I could give 0 starts, that is what I would rate this garbage club. If you're an outside team looking to play - look elsewhere because they dont follow any rules nor enforce them. If you're looking for fistfights and name calling, then by all means go ahead and you will get away with it. The male refs and convenor" dont have balls to make a proper call in order to keep it an actual soccer game. Quote from the ref : "I wouldnt have called it

Nice Fields

Worst experience that I have ever had with a soccer club.My son attended try-outs and was told at the last try-out that since 18 boys tried out, all 18 boys made the team and that indoor training would start in November.We never got an email to confirm that my son either did or did not make the team, so I followed up by email. No response. I called repeatedly for weeks, no one answered nor returned my calls. Finally I went into the office and talked to someone in person who told me that the coach was not responding to anyone and they didn’t know what was happening with the team. She told me that indoor time was booked though for the U14 age group and to go ahead and register my son because there would be a coach. November comes around and I still have heard nothing—no communication from the club or the coach about when or where indoor training is happening, and still no response to my phone calls or emails. I filed a charge back with my credit card company for the fee and *magically* someone reaches out on Nov 16th that MY SON IS NOT EVEN ON THE TEAM?! They do agree to issue me a refund right away, but Nov 26th (almost 3 weeks later!) they email again to say that they aren’t going to refund me because I agreed to their no refund policy online and because I filed a chargeback with my bank. I copied the technical director but the admin ‘removed him from the email’ because she obviously doesn’t want him to know what is going on. It’s no wonder they gave such a bad rep in the soccer community & with other clubs.

Great park

Terrible communication. We were told by email that my daughters game that was canceled would be rescheduled. No further communication was sent and nobody is in the office to answer a phone call. Reached out by email and still no got no reply back.

Demo drills! Kids will benefit. Telling alone isn't going to get you any performance from 4 year olds. Not everyone learns by listening.
