I came to this Tim Hortons this morning. I ordered egg farmers wrap amongst other items. They had no hash browns but offered to substitute an egg but I was still charged the same amount for the inconvenience. And the picture below is an iced coffee I ordered. I ordered iced coffee with extra base but my iced coffee had no base. I opened it to fix at home and found a fruit fly in it.Unacceptable

Coffee tastes burnt and like dirt. When was the last time you guys cleaned your pots? The deli person made my food wrong and then tried to microwave it and then give it back to me. Anything that goes over the counter and comes back is garbage. Not sure about who is managing but you should check your Food safety and sanitation standards for all employees.RBI should probably do an inspection.

You guys are a coffee shop, not a drive thru all you can eat buffet. You need to realign your drive thru priorities. Time is very valuable, and so is fuel.

I ordered a medium French and specifically requested to fill to the top and a small coffee with half French vanilla. The medium French vanilla was only Half filled. It’s ridiculous because this is not the first time this has happened before at this location. Please ensure you are giving your customers what they request and what they are paying for.

Tried for a long time to continue coming here but its getting ridiculous. I can deal with the wrong food orders, never having iced capps or any food after 1pm but the attitude lately from most workers has been crazy. Esp at drivethru, I understand you have drive thru times but we are still customers. Last time going was this AM. They also always have a trays full of plain timbits but will never give you any in your 20 pk unless you specifically ask. Whats the point of a timbit pack with 2-3 types in there when you make 5-6 kinds

We stopped going to Tims after more incorrect orders then not. We had also tired of the bad attitudes of staff. We tried them again; worst mistake!I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The ball of cream cheese wasn't spread and somehow there was cheddar cheese pieces mixed it. Not to mention the insane amount of wasted product that the consumer pays for.Just a filthy hole!

I go through this drive-through a lot when I'm in Oshawa. The Simply Sausage on a biscuit is cold and the cheddar never melts. If there is no biscuit, I opt for an English muffin. When asked for toasted, I think they point it at the sun and call it heated before slapping a pound if butter on it. Do not get butter unless you want it dripping all over you. Disgusting! Coffee grinds in the dark roast too. Who wants a mouthful of that on the road? This whole Tim Hortons is bad. I think now after this review, I'll take my business to another location out of my way and hopefully get better service. Can't complain to head office...no answers!! What kind of business is Tim Hortons? They make enough money, hire more customer service to monitor the stores and complaints. Or don't they care???

This Tims has become a running joke amongst my family and friends. I like to order and try new things and it doesn't matter what time of day I come in the items are not available. Today walnut crunch (only make a batch and wait until other flavours run out on first day) Last week wanted cold brew (we don't have cold brew) Reese's cookies we don't have that. I don't know why I keep trying this one but it hit a breaking point today with no walnut crunch sorry last time guys.

I am changing my rating to one start. This place has become worst tim hortons ever seen. Most of the time they don't have items on the menu. The drinks’s taste and quality keep on changing everyday (no consistency) and on top of that manager told me that my taste buds might have changed. Even today they packed wrong order for me and this hasn’t happened for the first time. It’s time that time hortons should change the owner of this place.
