Giving this outfit a 1 star rating is too kind. Do Not waste your time or money ordering from AgeComfort. Customer Service is a joke. We ordered 2 supposedly in stock" items on May 16th. Were then told 1st item wouldn't be available until end of July even though it shows as in stock. 2nd item was shipped via Canada Post on May 17th. Guess What - still haven't received it. Has been "in transit" for over a week and Canada Post can't or won't give any further info as to when we might expect it. Called AgeComfort Customer Service and requested replacement - but NO

I ordered on July 31 and on 3 separate inquiries have been told 3 different delivery dates on when I would receive the walker. Still no walker. Very disappointed in the dishonesty in this company in that they are quick in giving me dates on when I will be receiving my walker but none of them to be true. I need a walker to get around and have been patiently waiting. Sure wished I saw these reviews before I ordered from here. Very disappointed.

Update: After this review was posted I received a 'resounding' apology for lack of communication from AgeComfort. However, too little, too late.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I was excited to receive 2 products I had ordered at the beginning of December.I saw that Age Comfort had billed me twice, but had reversed one bill and refunded the other. I didn't know why there were the 2 additional transactions, as there was no communication from Age Comfort.I waited 2 weeks. I emailed their order department. No response.I waited another 2 weeks and emailed them again, advising if no response within 5 business days, I would take action.THAT elicited a response, only that as the items had been discontinued, they had refunded my monies (on the same day ordered).However, their website DID NOT indicate the products were discontinued, and there was NO notification that they had been discontinued.I highly recommend that you DON'T deal with this company - their website is misleading and their and customer service is zero out of 10.

I have used AgeComfort for over a year now. I order for a older relative that I have. Service has been great, orders arrive on the timeline that they state, and they are accurate. I have had one issue in the past, and I called into the customer support and they resolved it quickly. Highly recommend

I have ordered from Age Comfort many times over the past 1 1/2 years. I have found their service to be very good for incontinence supplies. My order always arrives promptly and accurately. I recommend Age Comfort for incontinence supplies.

Took 5 days to ship the order. The product ordered was far to big and they would not accept a return or even an exchange! I strongly recommend dealing with an alternative seller.

My mother just got released from the hospital and the item (walker) I ordered wasn’t sent. Instead they sent a walker seat. She’s had bilateral knee surgery and cannot walk at all. She has no one at home to help her. I called, no answer, left a message. Emailed, got a response saying they will take a few days to get back to me. Now I have to go buy a new walker while I return this wrong item. Go to shoppers home health. DO NOT buy anything from them. Especially if it’s mobility related.

I ordered a handicap walker from them expecting its delivery 5-10 days later. A month later I still hadn’t received it. I emailed them a number of times and each time it was a different excuse (manufacturer’s delay, shipping, covid etc). I phoned them several times with them saying they would call me back. Never happened. Then I was told I ordered it in May, not April (2 weeks later). How the ordering date got changed is a mystery. Glad I kept all emails between them and myself. Finally they canceled the order after having claimed they couldn’t. Would have been a nice gesture to have let me know it had been canceled so I could order somewhere else. Was my experience unique? Somehow I suspect it wasn’t. I, in good faith I can not recommend this company. Especially considering those who have medical mobility issues are very dependent upon these medical aids.

Describing their customer service as terrible would be too kind.Ordered an in stock item from them, 3 weeks without any communication. Emailed to see what was going on and they told me I should have known to call to see if it was actually in stock. Was told it had shipped, but no ETA. Got a call later that day promising it would be delivered April 4th. It wasn't.I'll be calling my credit card company tomorrow to reverse the charges. If you actually want the item you ordered don't buy it hereEdit: after more lies about ship dates I contacted my bank to reverse the charges on my credit card. This business is a scam, they'll take your money and won't ship anything

I just placed an important Order, a moment ago [this section of my review was written several weeks ago...] The preliminary communications - by email - were quite satisfactory, helpful, promising. If they deliver - literally and metaphorically speaking -, in the same way they handled my exploratory efforts, I will maintain those 5 stars, and add some more details substantiating same. Otherwise, this will be revised... (In any event, I will update this review, in due time.)----------------------------------------------------------UPDATE : the aforesaid preliminary communications were grossly DECEPTIVE, to say the least. When you want something serious - for instance, a bed -, they are pretending to already have the item in their inventory. But, they do not. So, they make you purchase and pay for a costly - and urgently needed - product, which simply does not exist ! Which will be built afterwards. And not only they don't disclose to you this essential information, but on the contrary, they insidiously give you the illusion that the bed will be shipped as soon as you purchase it and pay for it. They even indicate a delivery delay, which cannot be true, because they do not control it. It depends on the manufacturer, who will start building the item, God knows when. In the meantime, your loved one, who desperately needs the bed, has to wait... Depending on how ill they are, chances are that the bed will arrive, but after they pass away... It is absurd. It is ridiculous. Nobody cares about the elderly, nobody, while a lot of people just want to take advantage of their weakness and vulnerability. It's a total shame.P.S. they also sold me and made me pay for a mattress, only to tell me, afterwards, that it is discontinued". They said to me - by email - that they will cancel it
