I had dropped my old phone and needed a new one right now. A co-worker recommended Swiftronics and they were great. The person who helped me was very well informed and honest about both the good and not so good aspects of various brands. The prices are very competitive. I've had my new phone for about three weeks now and just love it. The next one will also be purchased here.

The most horrible experience with a retailer in Canada so far.The purpose of this review is to prevent others from making the same mistake as I did. Please avoid this place at all cost — they're selling broken smartphones and do not honor the warranty as they should, even if the phone breaks after 3 weeks of use. You will not be able to get any assistance whatsoever.Long story worth reading: I've purchased my Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G for a review while continue to using my Galaxy S21 as my main smartphone.The truth is that in those 3 weeks I've gotten maximum a few hours out of Mi 11 Lite. It was hardly used at all: I took a few shots, checked the screen quality, audio, run some benchmarks et cetera. Only basics.As you can see in the attached photos, it is still in brand new condition, not even a scratch on the rear or the front sides of the phone. And then, after 3 weeks, it just dies — the smartphone starts resetting itself, showing MI" and "Android" Logo hundreds of times

Outstanding customers service. Needed a phone replaced ASAP. They're online check out was easy and allowed me to pay for my phone in installments with Sezzle. They didn't have it in store for pick up at the downtown location. But they got there sales manager to come down and hand deliver on the same day. I'd recommend these guys any day

Based on my experience: it is a highly recommended business/store. I ordered a phone (older/previous version of a Pixel) on Swiftronics' website, selected the in-person pick-up at the Dundas St. location. Prior to placing the order, I inquired about the phone I wanted - the response arrived very promptly. The phone was exactly as described: brand new, sealed box, no signs of tampering or previous usage. I have been using the phone for a while now - absolutely no complaints.

Peter took the time to help me pick out a great phone for the price and my needs (xaoimi poco x5 pro). I originally came in to buy a sony, but he recommended me a better phone at a slightly lower price. The phone is great, service was great, will be back when it's time for an upgrade

I had a screen protect installed here and it came off almost right away. 30 dollars. I.came back in 30 min but was refused to get a refund. Strange place.

Got the oneplus 9 pro for a steal of a price (599.99) was happy when I actually got the device as some reviews on Amazon were saying it was a scam (also why I don't trust Amazon reviews).very happy and will use this website again for future purchases. Thank you very much.
