Updating this from a 1 star to 4 stars. Heres why.Since posting my last view on lack of education and care for their animals, they have since done some great and needed updates to their store, including their betta wall and fish section. Compared to petsmart these fish are in very clean water, with little to no sick fish in sight. All of the bettas this time around were in very clean water and looked very healthy. I am very happy to make the change to my review that was posted last year. Thank you staff for making the much needed changes for the wellbeing of fish.

Worst experience ever in a pet store. Regional Manager Tim is awful when it comes to caring about customers or the care of his animals. The staff is absolutely awful and due to ignorance, lost a 200.00 sale. Will never shop at any Pet Valu again.

I'm giving this store a 2 star, the store has a great selection. And we do enjoy buying our pet items here. Buttttt we went there and the animals didn't have any food and their water bowls were bone dry. So they had to have been out for a while.I mentioned it to the person working the cash, and she said there is someone back there now feeding them". Maybe there was

The employees here are so helpful and knowledgeable in their jobs. I'm a first time fish owner and they have answered so many of my questions and have been so patient. I highly recommend this location to anyone who has pets.

It was a great place to go, but now the self-wash area is closed due to plumbing problems and it’s going to be months before it’s fixed.

Decent store. One of the few PetValu franchises remaining. Not huge but has a decent stock of good products, some animals, and a variety of supplies for different animals.
