I bought a special product in this store and then immediately I found the same product with double size and regular price in two other stores with half of the price. I asked them to refund me but they didn't accept.

J'ai posé des questions a savoir si on pouvais me mettre du rose dans les cheveux sans décoloration, on ma dit non et la vendeuse est seulement partie. Aucun conseils ou demander si je serais prête a d'autre option. Après 5 min a attendre avec ma fille de 6 ans comme un dinde a savoir si elle allait revenir, je suis aller dans un autre magasin. 0 service, bête et aucun courtoisie

In 3 visits we have always ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes past our appointment time. This morning we arrived 5 min early for our haircut and realised that the barber took someone else. No apologies from anyone, he wanted us to sit and wait until he was done. We left and found another place. Oh, if you like having the same person take care of you on each visit I suggest some other place. Each time we have returned here to learn that the barber we had last time no longer works there. 2 stars because my son generally likes the haircut he gets but soooo complicated and the staff acts like they are doing you a favour by cutting your hair. (when they are not on their phones, texting)

Franco did an amazing job on my hair. It's a bit too expensive for me to go back and get my hair maintained regularly but I'm also a very low maintenance woman so it's not something I'm that fussed with. Really nice stylists and English isn't a problem.

I am giving this one star because they sell at a much higher price than other places and don't support well to satisfy the customer. I bought a product that I found it in lower price, but, they did not accept the return.

Retard de la coiffeuse pour mon rendez-vous, le plancher autour de la chaise était couvert des cheveux du clients d’avant, aucune technique de coupe, m’a même fait un trou de rasage en arrière et je m’en suis rendue compte en arrivant chez moi et n’a pas respecter la coupe que je demandais. J’y vais relativement souvent et ce n’est jamais le même personnel. Cet endroit à déjà été mieux. Je n’y retournerai plus. Autant aller à la Place de la Cité juste à côté chez Coifferie Internationale qui ont un bon service.
