These guys are THE BEST !I called Monday and spoke with a a day for 10 min or more, thrn went in and the gentleman working spent 20 min with me and still calling back two days later another guy helped me on the phone for 14 minutes .....that's the best service ever and talk about going the extra mile! I'll be back (and be calling again I'm sure) great service and they had everything I needed

I have been a strong supporter of Canyon Pools and Spas for over 5 years now. Spending between $100 - $200 about every month I go in there for the colder months. About a month ago, I had Randy (Very courteous and I like him), come out to give me a quote to replace some jets, a diverter and an intake screen. he called a left a message with me and I called back and left a message. After over a weeks time, I called back and spoke to a woman there. She said Randy had gone for a week and they had no way to contact me because I didn't leave a phone number. I found that a little confusing because I got several calls, from Canyon Pools and Spas, while at work but no message was left. Nevertheless, we got it figured out and she was courteous as well. Randy left me a message and left a quote but it said for three jets and there were more than that to be replaced. I called back and spoke to SCOTT. He said the quote would be more if i needed more jets replaced and he gave me the cost per jet to repair. He also said he needed to know how many additional jets I will need AND HE NEEDED TO KNOW THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE JETS. I was confused on why, as they had already accounted for 3 of them. Nevertheless, I told him OK. The next day, I went to get the measurements and told myself....Its been about a month, just have them repair the things on the quote so I could get the spa going. I called back and told SCOTT just that....Get the items coming and please replace just the items on the quote. TODAY, I call them and SCOTT answered. I simply told him who I was and if he could give me an idea of when the items would get in and an estimated time that the hot tub would be repaired. He acted like I never talked to him. I said just the week before and asked if they had any intention of ordering the items. I also said I would like to know so I could find SOMEONE that really wanted to do the work. I kept in mind that there just might be another SCOTT.....So I asked if there was another SCOTT down there and that I've been waiting for about a month to get the work done and if they didn't have the time to please let me know so I can get another spa companies serviceman to do the repairs. Then SCOTT piped back, I appreciate you not yelling at me and I was sick all last week???????? I stated F@#$ OFF and he stated it right back and I hung up. You know SCOTT, I wasn't yelling. I was simply wanting to know. Honest question. I just wanted to get an honest answer. I know you were frustrated by dropping the ball and pawning these things on someone else. So was I. Simply stated....you lost my business as well as any others. I get sick too. I don't get defensive and claim someone is yelling at me. That was all my normal voice until the the last 2 words were said. THAT was yelling. By the way, someone else has already came out to look at it and do the work. Thanks for wasting my time.

The staff really didn't seem to care if I needed supplies or not. He was helpful enough, but the attitude was as if he knew I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else (but I did!).

Bought a cleaning net here used it once does not work good as expected. Went back on next business day to return It and get a better net. Which is more expensive than the one we got. They asked if I used it. I used it once. They would not let me return it. If I had lied they would’ve taken it back and allow me to get the better net. I also was about buy a bunch of pool chemicals stuff but I’m headed to Boise now.

This may be a little irrelevant to people looking for product feedback but I think it's relevant from a customer service perspective and also from a human perspective. I went into this shop looking for a specific chemical for my fish aquarium hobby and was having an absolutely horrible day. I had some extremely bad personal news earlier in the day and was feeling awful. The kind of awful that eats at your brain. When I let the guy at the shop know i only needed a small amount of the chemical and not the entire gallon it was sold in, he went out of his way to find a little glass jar and filled it with some and just gave it to me without hesitation. When I offered to pay he looked baffled and said it was not a big deal. Well, it was a big deal, and I just wanted to say thank you. Your small kindness had a large impact and I just wanted to share that with your potential customers. Thanks for being so decent.

Randy the owner is pleasant to deal with. His staff however is terrible. Scott has no personality and is plain rude. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband and I purchased and set up a new hot tub within the last week. We took chemicals we had purchased as part of a start-up kit to accompany our tub. We were also anticipated buying other items, such as a cushion, cleaning tools, and possibly steps. We looked forward to having a long-term relationship with this business.When we arrived, the clerk attempted but couldn't talk eith us for quite a while due to his chewing and swallowing. I showed him what we had already used and asked advice about what else we might need. He treated me overwhelmingly smoothly. He told me I had watched too many videos. When I asked him what I might need, he told me he doesn't give advice; he just tells people what he has.I dont recall such rude treatment during the near 50 years I have lived in Nampa. Obviously, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I just don't know if the guy that works there and I just don't click but very awkward to talk to the man. He seems like he makes things up as I ask him questions about my pool. 15 years ago it used to be a really good place to go very knowledgeable employees doesn't seem to be that way anymore.
