This place is amazing!! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always wear there masks and I feel extremely safe here. I’ve been coming to this store for over 15 years thank you for always giving my family and I great customer service. Old owners and new ones. Spencer and mike are very nice to talk to and get proper information. Thank you!!!!

I had originally rated this place 5 stars when Wayne was running the shop.Under the new owner and more recent experiences I must amend the original review to reflect recent experiences more accurately.This USED to be a great shop, and my go to for a number of years.I've given it a few chances in recent months but must admit I've since found a new shop. Two stars because the staff can be friendly and helpful at times.Here is why;-Price increases on just about everything in the store.-Terrible inventory management, wasted my time more than once to find out a product I need is out of stock and must be ordered.-Promises made, promises never kept. Don't tell a customer your going to do something if you never will.

Amazing experience! Wayne is always very helpful and offers great advice. I've tried to buy things and have been talked out of it because it wasn't needed; so the advice can be trusted as it isn't to up" sell in any way... which just makes me want to spend more money there! Highly recommended."

Spencer is the new owner she is very helpful and the store has a lot of inventory..... if they don't have what you are looking for, they will get it for you. Prices are not written in stone, she'll defenetly give you the best price she can. Cheers!

Great place with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. This place has been in business as long as I can remember. Well over 10 years. They are a Clarkson cornerstone. I've known many people to shop here over the years and have always heard first hand amazing stories about Second Nature. I was in the other day for a PH tester and some PH down. An great choice for both beginner and seasoned growers alike.

John and Wayne are hands down the best guys around! Top notch service and great prices. Doesn't matter if your a beginner or an expert these guys always give honest and reliable advice. They aren't just their to sell stuff they truly care about their customers. I have spent hours learning from these guys.

Love this place. Met John and Wayne 13 years ago now and they are very knowledgeable with their products. As a side note Wayne did well in choosing Spencer as the new owner.

Great visit over here. With all the great selection it's hard not to spend some money! Lol will be back
