Yah I also recommend not to do service in this area , I came by appointment and now half and hour didn’t start yet with car . They tried to force you to get some service that you doesn’t need just to get more money from you

Absolutely horrible experience. If possible, I would have given it 0 stars!!! Everyone stay away from this dealer at all costs, and especially don't purchase new cars from this location!I purchased a new 2020 Elantra and a few days later I went to a mechanic to get a safety certificate and he told me that the underneath of the car was damaged, then I noticed it! It's impossible to notice the damage if the car isn't lifted.... Upon noticing this damage I booked an appointment with the service at this location and they repeatedly said it was my fault when in fact it wasn't. Along with this, one window was slightly chipped and with this they gave the car to me. This is a service error and the person who did the inspection may have skipped these defects and now they're saying it's my fault. This is Unacceptable, I was very excited when I purchased this brand new car but so many things went wrong with it!! I regret it so much and wish I went somewhere else. The inspection was not done properly before the car was given to me, and it cant ve proven otherwise when I asked for proof
