Lahey Glass did a great job replacing my door, windows and frames in my front entrance to my store. The crew was professional, friendly and efficient. If there any issues, they are quick to respond. I would highly recommend them.

Asked for a quote to replace 2 windows. Without sending a tech to come out they forward email me a quote for $5000. that shows previous message from the Sales Manager saying I think he’ll find it too expensive anyways so we're just trying to weed him out without spending 3hrs sending William out". Quoting me high purposely because they didn't want my job without bothering to send a tech out. Wow

I just wanted to pass along a quick email singing the praises of the whole Lahey Glass team that we had the privilege of working with on Thursday, April 1.We had a rather urgent situation when our front door decided that it had enough of this world, and half fell off. Lahey Glass came recommended by a gentleman who is known in the door fixing community, named Rick.From the initial phone call, to the extremely quick turn around in getting us some assistance, David, from the office, sending along some quotes for us, great pricing and potentially most importantly, the two gentlemen who came and saved the day. Huge shout out to Greg and Brandon for their speedy and effective fix, positive attitude, jokes and they even swept up their own crumbs left behind!Really can't say enough great things. Thank you again for making what was almost a terrible day, much less terrible.

My grandmother had her sliding screen door on her patio fixed by Lahey glass and she was absolutely thrilled by how great the customer service was. The came a picked up the screen door and told her that they would be back that afternoon to install it. They were true to their word and later in that day installed the door. Excellent value and top notch customer service. Thank you Lahey.

The 1-star review is directly due to GLORIA, office staff, who is completely incompetent, unfriendly, and highly unprofessional. Gloria is single-handedly sabotaging this company.A representative came to my house earlier this year and measured for several new windows to be installed; she ordered 1 even after I confirmed I wanted to proceed on all. Gloria never provided me with a receipt for the credit card deposit I provided over the phone, so I only found out only a single window was ordered after four months of waiting when the installer showed up at my house.Whenever I have called the office, Gloria has been rude to me and apathetic and blaming me for any mistakes that she has made, including not letting me know when the installer would be coming, etc. She is extremely difficult to work with and I do not believe someone like her should be getting away with such incompetence and unprofessionalism as it is negatively impacting an otherwise great business.I must say that the Individual who has come to my house to take measurements and to install the window is excellent at his job and I highly recommend the company in terms of workmanship.However, now I am still awaiting the rest of my windows to even be ordered due to Gloria not performing her job.Gloria should be removed from her role immediately. She is harming the company, and should never be in direct contact with customers. Additionally, she doesn’t do simple tasks of her job. It would be much better if the individual who takes the measurements and installs the windows can also submit the orders and take payments from customers.

Simply replacing a window took months. The initial wait for the glass was understandable, but I had to wait two more times because their technicians evidently can’t measure or note the style of window.

Very positive experience. When they made a new glass shelf to replace a broken shelf in an antique cabinet, the new shelf was slightly too big to fit the space. They not only redid the new shelf to fit perfectly, they made an EXTRA shelf at no charge. I did not request this -- was a very pleasant surprise!

Leaking commercial window system. Called for repair. Lahey Glass sent a “ technician “ to repair the leak with chalking.After the “repair“ the leak continued. Called Lacey again stating the fix didn’t work. Received a detailed email from Lahey representative stating “it looked like someone tried to caulk the window system, this is wrong and actually causes more damage”.......Yes, that “someone” was Lahey Glass. Should have probably told your tech this, instead of the customer.Lahey Glass was the company that caulked the windows on the first “fix”. After this proceeded to charge an invoice for a service that did MORE damage then the original leak. Lahey wascontacted twice about my concerns and I only received a phone call back asking why the invoice wasn’t paid. It wasn’t paid because you took my window system two steps BACKWARDS.Possibly they need better training for their technicians or better PR dealing with customers.I then paid the invoice in full with an unprofessional and unsatisfactory result. All the best.

Left messages with two people more than a week ago. No call back.

Unbelievably unreliable. After a window in my basement was smashed, I was recommended to call Lahey Glass. After several calls, and false claims that someone had already come to measure the window (no one had come), someone finally came, unannounced weeks after the initial calls. This was months ago! I still haven't even received a quote. I will not be doing business with these guys again.
