The technician's name that came to fix my AC was Nick. He was very respectful, patient and profesional. He explained the issue to me explicitly and was very considerate of my concerns. My AC is an old AC and it just doesn't perform that well but they did what they could to get it working as good as my AC's capabilities.Very professional, transparent and reasonable with pricing.

I got referred from a friend who had an great experience and I can say the same. Would definitely recommend them for your home HVAC needs. Ridvan was very easy to talk to and communicated what would be required to get a humidifier installed. He even helped hook it up to my ecobee system and with another HVAC wiring issue for bringing in fresh air. He noticed my Reliance water heater pipe was rusted badly and told me to put in a service call to reliance before the pipe burst. I am so thankful for that as the Reliance tech said it was probably a few weeks away from bursting due to the rust. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

My furnace was making a lot of noise and they came the very next day - and replaced the faulty blower in under an hour because the parts were in stock. I was so happy with their performance and reasonable cost I paid them more than they asked for the job;)

Big thanks to topcare. Furnace blower died, it is a very expensive part as it is an ecm fan. Another hvac company quoted me double for the same part. Topcare are honest, fast and reliable. I will be a return customer 100%.Big shout out to Isabelle, Muhib, Ridvan!!!Thank you from our family.

I appreciated the fact that the person looking at my furnace and A/C, and providing an estimate was the person installing it rather than a salesperson as in other companies. He provided solid advice on brand and size options and impressed me with technical competence. I felt he was giving straightforward honest advice. I was present during installation and they explained what they were doing, why it was important and what I need to do to ensure proper maintenance. They cleaned up well and stopped back to secure wires when I mentioned it. I have already referred them to a friend. Thanks for a quick installation.

Our AC broke down and we called three repair companies. Topcare HVAC called us back within a very reasonable time and booked us in for 8am the next day. Staff was very nice and they had our AC up and running that day. Pricing was very fair and I didn't feel like I was getting charged for things I didn't need. I would use them again for AC or HVAC repair.

Ridvan was my technician assigned to the job. He was on time and was able to quickly diagnose my pool heater problem. This heating and air conditioning company is highly recommended. The contractors provided high-quality work and showed great professionalism. During about five hours, they removed a huge furnace almost 100 years old, installed a new furnace, and cleaned everything up. The price quoted by Topcare Hvac of Burlington was the most affordable of all the furnace installation companies I contacted.

Horrible. This company came 5 times to repair an error switch. They couldn’t get it done. One the last trip the part was replaced. I was told I could get my money back if the problem still persisted. When I called back I was rudely told to buy a new furnace. Problem was fixed by Reliance in one trip. Topcare now wouldn’t answer any emails I have sent. Do NOT use this company.
