Staff is very rude. They talk in a Demeaning manner with patients. Dr Bibi has not been in the clinic since 2020 or before. Random doctors are there. Dr saleem is biast and never accepts his staffs misbehaviour or apologise . This clinic should get reported.

Worst service ever i got in my life. Dr bibi was so rude. The way she was talking it seems like she doesn’t care about her patients anymore. she was my family doctor since 2015 when she opened this clinic and I noticed her attitude changed a lot maybe because she has so many patients now. please be humble and calm with ur patients. If they come to you that means they are already dealing with some issues and your job is to make them understand whole situation. Everyone is not smart or educated like you so please explain properly rather than yelling at someone.

I made an appointment with the receptionist on the 27th to speak to my family doctor. The receptionist informed me the doctor was going to call me the following day, on the 28th of September. On the 28th, I awaited her call and didn't receive anything. I followed up with the receptionist that same day who confirmed my appointment was scheduled and stressed that she will call, to not worry. I didn't receive a call. Today, September 30th, I called the clinic and spoke to the receptionist again. I first informed her that the doctor did not call me on the 28th and then booked another appointment for today. She sounded puzzled and said I should have received a call on the 28th since I was on that day’s list. I thoroughly checked my call log and voicemail; there was no trace of a phone call or voicemail. Anyhow, I made another appointment to speak with different physician. This physician also did not call me. I haven't had issues with my cell and seeing as this is the second consecutive time I didn’t receive the phone call appointment I booked (by two different doctors at this clinic on two different days), it’s such a coincidence. This experience has made me feel they are in no rush to treat me and address the medical concerns I have. I don't know what is happening over there, but I’m disappointed. I'm in pain and am getting no help. I think it’s in my best interest to get treated elsewhere in other clinics until I find another family doctor.

Doctors are very good. Dr salim and Bibi are very helpful and listen to you... but pot is hotter than tea. Front desk ladies are over smart and think that they are more than the doctors.without asking doctors they will tell you availability of doctors. you cannot leave the message, they will not call back then what are you doing on front desk? No manners , rude and totally unprofessional front desk staff.

Something is going wrong with this place. Perscription requests from pharmacy go unanswered, scheduleddr calls are not made, contact with dr is very hard to arrange. Nice people but I feel very insecure with them as my primary care physician.

The care that I received from Dr..Bibi was excellent.The staff are friendly and helpful.Dr. Bibi is a wonderful doctor to talk to.She’s very understanding ,kind ,helpful and has a willingness to listen to my concerns.Dr. Bibi takes her time to go over my diagnosis and treatment options.I highly recommend her.

This clinic is one of the reason why medicare here going down the drain. Trying to contact the office from last few month to get a reference for a specialist and no one is answering the phone and if they do they tell us that Dr Bibi will call back but never did. It is frustrating that the patient is in pain and so specialist it need reference from the family doctor; and family doctor doesn't care about the patient.

This clinic has no discipline regarding their appointments firstly they booked when patient comes in their appointment they they saying sorry you have to wait for hours even when there is no patient and still they make patient to wait Doctor for hours. Staff is also not co-operated with patient and replying with so attitude and improperly. Even trying to call the Clinic but it’s unanswered the phone calls all the staff taking each others but no one initiate to answer the phone. They see phone ringing but they ignored not even try to answer or se the callsIt’s really disappointing

I like it here...this is my family doctor.Although I'm fully vaccinated, the doctor still wont see ANY patents due to Covid-19 Policy". My worry is
