It is an absolute disgrace how this company has neglected our condo's swimming area. It has been mentioned a few times that the cleanliness is poor and nothing ever seems to get done. I am surprised that the swimming pool area hasn't been deemed a health hazard. The cleanliness on this day was shown to one of the staff and it was in agreeance that the area was disgusting and the staff member said This is why I don't swim in public pools"

Really disappointing customer service. I called a dozen times, left voicemails, and even emailed. Eventually you might get ahold of someone but it takes forever, and even when I'm trying to give them my business it seems like they're doing me a favour by responding. Had to start copying the management team on my emails to get a response. It shouldn't be this way.

I’ve worked for PPL for 3 years and I can say that my experience was great for my leadership development. I began as a lifeguard in 2018 and eventually was promoted to a Supervisor position. Whenever I had questions about pool maintenance as a guard the management team was glad to help.With this company, you get what you put in. I’ve always tried to go above and beyond at my positions in the company and the management team definitely recognized my efforts.The past two years I worked as an Area Supervisor, and again management was always there when I had questions or needed clarification on specific issues.I’ve also met some really cool people along the way ;)

It's Saturday and people didn't make plans to come and sit at the pool. The lifeguard doesn't show up. When the building management called their office they said lifeguard is running late. When we called the number the secretary said she will call the lifeguard and gave an excuse they couldn't reach their lifeguards because of rogers outage. Well rogers is back running and they should have a fixed schedule no???? We have been waiting for over 40 minutes for the lifeguard to come and open the pool

I needed to replace a pool heater and was told by two technicians that everyone in the business had sold out . I emailed Tom who sent me a link to the exact model that I needed, I ordered it and had it the next day. I have ordered other parts for my pool and Tom has always helped me out with exactly what I need.BTW, everyone here is very accommodating and pleasant.Highly recommend

Terrible company. We have a contract with them from the builder of our townhouses. They constantly get things wrong. Just take a look at the photos. When they removed the winter cover, they broke one of the anchors, they didn't even recess a few of them; a little girl tripped on one of them and injured herself. They left the pool utility room a mess; The floor is flooded, the equipment is all over the place, there's trash everywhere. When they opened the pool, they didn't even install the filter baskets. The bottom of the pool was full of debris like rocks, sand etc. They didn't even clean it up when they opened. And the worst was the SPA. They said it was opened. Look at the green water in the photo. Would you say that's sanitary?

Hope there is a way to give 0 stars. Straight up scamming ppl. Dont allow them into your condo building. Very poor Service. We paid money for swimming classes to the PPL employee and the employee absconded. PPL Management team - Tim bown refuses to take responsibility for it.

Terrible company. I worked with them as a lifeguard and they treat their staff poorly. They do not take care with them and pay them minimum wages to do work that is well above their pay grade. They treat their employees with disrespect and will do anything to make sure they do not lose business from their customers, including breaking protocol and keeping pools open which should not be accordingly to health standards. Also, the management is rude, especially Megan and Camryn, who do not respect their coworkers and staff of the company. Worst company I have worked for by far. 1 star

I paid for swimming classes and ppl trainer ran away with money. Now ppl company is not taking any responsibility and asking me to pay again for swimming classes.
