I was in heaven with the food here.I drove from the city just for this and it was well worth it. The chive pie was to die for one of the best and pork bao best I ever had. Xiao long bao was great too but I have had better in Toronto. Thank god this place is not in my home town or I would be here every day.

This is a wonderful gem when you find yourself in Richmond, in particular, when you feel the hunger while walking in Lansdowne Mall. Homemade soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao or XLB) are comparable to the best ones available in Metro Vancouver. We also ordered the Pork & Cabbage pan-fried dumplings (potstickers) which were great value - large dumplings that were not shy on pork filling and they even had a bit of soup inside, so they were not at all dry. The dumpling skin was the perfect thickness. The last food item ordered was the steamed pork dumplings (Siu Mai). These were cute and bite sized, pure pork bites that were quite delectable - they do not compare to the standard ginormous ones offered at many dim sum restaurants now, but they do have their charm. We were utterly surprised by the Lemon Iced Tea - SOOO GOOD! it would be a refreshing treat on a nice hot day, or any time for that matter. A true hidden gem in this food court - however, if they keep their game up, it may not be all that hidden anymore. Go give them a try!

No frills place for decent XLB. The XLB skin is not the thinnest I've had but for foodcourt lvl, this is pretty good. It got juicy and flavorful meat inside. Expect a long line and long wait for your food. The food arrived lukewarm and the spicy beef noodles was tasty but the quality of the beef is alright. We ordered extra braised beef and there was lots of fatty bits. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here but okay food if you get the craving for some XLB.

Cash or debit only! The Xiao Long Bao was great but the boiled pork dumplings with chives were so GOOD and full of flavor. Fast service, plenty of other great spots in the food court as well.

Xiaolong baos are very tasty and juicy! The spicy beef noodle soup is also quite good although the beef was on the tough side. Everything is flavorful and they make it fresh to order so it'll be a longer wait than most people are used to.

Really good, especially in the context of a food court. Dumplings made fresh in front of you.We had XLB, Chili Wonton, Dumplings, and a few others. Definitely not the best I’ve had of these (eg Chili Wonton didn’t have much chili flavor).Black vinegar is available as a side too.

This place is pretty cool for a number of reasons but the food also taste pretty dang good. The first reason it’s cool is that you can see them making the dumplings in the small food court booth. The second reason is that it’s in a mall and there is something really nostalgic and lovely about eating in a food court again. The third reason is the beef roll which was absolutely fabulous. The soup dumplings and the fried dumplings were good but you could probably get a better product somewhere else. All in all it was definitely worth the trip.

Located inside Landsdowne mall in Richmond and also part of the Richmond Dumpling Trail is this food court eatery. They are known for their XLB, beef rolls and pork dumplings with chive either boiled or pan fried. I swear this place is so popular that they have two people full-time just making dumplings. Must try in Richmond.

A place that offers good food for a good pricing what more can someone ask for. The pork buns were not as crispy as the last time I had them but still good nonetheless.
