Their mechanic trevor is very detail orientated and explains what he has done to repair your car and how the problems were caused to begin with.

Good people that work here. They give recommendations for what you may or may not need and adjust for your budget.

Great guys to work with. I had an issue with my car on Thursday night. Friday afternoon I asked if they could take a look at it, and after a quick inspection they told me the issue. They ran a quick test and verified the problem on the spot. The problem was fixed by the end of the day.I'm very happy with the turnaround, and prompt service. Would highly recommend!

Sharing my experience in Mississauga 2351 Royal Windsor Dr #7, Smart AutoThe tow truck went over on Friday afternoon and said that it would be closed on Monday and could only be checked on Tuesday.Called at 12 noon on Saturday, saying that there was a problem with the line, and I would charge $1,600. I don't know where the line problem is.After consulting a friend, I told Jerry that I decided not to repair it and dragged it to the BMW Dealer on Tuesday.Came to tow the truck on Tuesday, and the master in the shop said it was a problem with the cooling pump. He spent 2.5 days to check my car, asked me to pay the repair fee for 2.5 days, and scolded me for being a scumbag.In the end Jerry made me pay $300 to give me the keys.

A little on the pricey side but work seems to be thorough and well done.

Went in to check the rear brakes. The previous owner (older mechanic) tells me there is 30% brake pads left. The new owner admonishes the old owner. The old owner then tells me he was wrong and I need new brake pads and a new rotor. Won't be going back there ever again.

Have been going to see Phil the owner to look after my vehicle now for the last 5 year's or so and find Phil and his employee's very friendly and won't sell you things you do not need,very satisfying!

Open later than most shops and was able to take me in around 5:30pm and get me out the same night. Friendly staff
