Miniso Regina

Very bad consumption experience. I asked the staff in the store if there was anything I wanted to look for. The clerk said yes. When I paid, I didn't remind me that I couldn't return or exchange it. When I opened it, I found that it wasn't what I wanted to look for. When I went back to ask the clerk, she said that it couldn't be returned. I was misled into spending, so I couldn't return it. The shop assistant only provided me with the contact information of the manager. I had to waste my time dealing with this matter. The manager handled the same way as the shop assistant, which made me feel discriminated and humiliated. This was my worst consumption experience in Regina. It was terrible.

The place was almost empty. Big space but with barely anything in it. I don't know if it's always like that because it's my first time going there, but not a lot of stuff in there. The staff was very friendly though. Would definitely need to stock up as shelves were empty.

“Fake” Miniso, I know it harsh to say but it more like a franchise where the owner just buy the brand name but never keep up with events and/or merchandise released by the original company.

Very sparsely stocked. Not much product and what they have doesnt change much. Very little of interest; some looked like it came from the dollar store down the hall. Many journals but all wrapped in plastic and labels don't even say if it is lined paper. Defintely doesn't compare to a Japanese Household Store like Oomomo (not in Regina unfortunately). You'll have a better time at Yoyoso in Southland Mall.

Reasonable price, very good quality Japanese style products. Miniso opened dozens of stores across Canada. I am glad there is one in Regina.

I was happy that Miniso opened in Regina but this location never changes their stock. Its the same items as when they first opened.
