It was a last minute appointment for a helping hand but Dong Dong showed up in a timely manner. The whole process was fast and smooth and they showed great professionalism and consideration. Would give 6 star if possible.

Alert!⚠️ Never ever use this moving company⚠️They charge me for a big truck but fooled me with a tiny little truck, squeezed all my furniture in it. They ended up cracking my $400 bookshelf sneakily moving on without letting me know. In the end, they charged me like nothing happened. Ten minutes after they left, I saw the crack and called, they refused to admit it’s their fault and never picked up my phone. Shameless Chinese moving company!

We discovered DongDong Moving when we were looking at renting storage. I watched the crew carefully unload a client's furniture and remarked on the care with which they were handling small and larger pieces alike.Huadong was the Team Lead and was clearly in command. His style of leadership and attention to the care of a customer's belongings made me feel like they would treat our furniture and belongings with the same respect.I spoke with my wife about my impressions of them and she agreed to giving them a chance.They arrived 15 minutes early for their scheduled appointment and took care of everything that was precious to us. They handled all items with personal care and even the heavy items were dealt with very professionally.The move with us started in Yaletown with items going into storage in Richmond and some items going to our TH in Terra Nova. The also had to take goods from our TH and move them into storage. They also did a great job of moving our heavy treadmill exercise machine. They even provided Junk" Removal so we had them take items away as well.Overall
