我和老婆带着4岁的女儿，因为被国内的移民中介坑了好几回，已经灰心意冷，感觉自己英文还好，直接拿着旅游签证来到温哥华，找了当地一家移民中介，这家的老板也是个华人，保证说50万人民币拿到工作签证。签了合同付了钱，开始了长期的等待。旅游签证到期了，只能先回国，一转眼一年多过去了，工作签证根本没影。要求移民中介退款，想又被坑了！移民中介不肯退钱！我直接飞到温哥华找上门，钱总算退了一部分。我开始寻找老外的移民中介，不再相信华人的移民公司。我打遍了加拿大的老外移民中介，最终锁定温尼伯的Visamax，确定和这家公司合作有几个理由：1. 说话直接了当，没有任何忽悠 2. 非常专业，守规矩，直接和持移民执照的移民顾问沟通 3. 看了谷歌的客户留言， 90%以上都是正面信息 就这样举家来到温尼伯，按照Visamax公司总裁Randy推荐的项目，2年半左右全家顺利获得加拿大永居身份！这家公司不在当地做广告，都是口碑客户！我的亲身经历告诉大家visaMax才是我们移民路上的真正帮手！另外他们的价格非常合理，难以置信！

I paid for them to work on my provincial immigration application in 2015.A couple of weeks after signing the contract, they emailed me saying they will not continue to work on my application due to an unexpected complication caused by an error made by CIC.I was asked to go to their office to pick up a PARTIAL refund with several hundred dollars being deducted from the initial payment.When I was there, the owner didn't even bother to show up and only asked regular staff to give me the cheque. I spent less than 5 minutes there asking why I didn't get the full refund (never raised my voice and appear to be rude or angry), but obviously, I was there to waste their time and one of the other owners of the businesses was literally yelling at the staff across the other side of the office demanding the staff to stop talking with me. It was both shocking and insulting to see a business in Canada treating their customers that way.Furthermore, I was able to resolve the issue (that caused them to deem by application to be uneligible) by having a meeting with my local Member of Parliament Robert Falcon.So for those who are looking for help with their immigration process, I'd definitely NOT recommend Visa Max, not only because of their lack of professionalism and respect to their clients but also for the simple fact that they decided to throw their clients under the bus for some very simple complications during the application process.I think their decision to terminate the contract clearly shows how unwilling they are to help their clients succeed, and it also shows that they are just a predatory agency charging (often very vulnerable) immigrants thousands of dollars for nothing beyond filling simple paperwork.For those who just need to fill their immigration application, you can literally do it yourself or find a much cheaper agency for help.For those who have more complex cases, you should really consider finding immigration lawyers who are usually much more willing to work on complex cases than immigration consultants with very little ethical guidelines for their conduct.
