What a poorly run circus Burger King on rossett Avenue is waited 25 minutes for two simple combos.Ron one woman only know her by her name tag is basically running the entire restaurant solo. We would have walked out but unfortunately we had already paid for the order.

No one would take our order at the drive-thru speaker. A girl kept telling us just a moment. After about 20 mins, we left. Very poor service.

Whopper so greasy it had a puddle of clear grease bleeding out the wrapper and onto my car seat through the bag. Bun so wet with grease I couldn't pick up the burger. Like the bun was dropped in the fryer and then wrapped up to go. No receipt either.

Terrible service and not so great food. We got our food and then the waitress set about brewing our coffee and tea. Explained that there is only one machine so double the time. Food cold, bacon rancid and coffee and tea at near the end of our meal. Never go back.

Made a mobile order as shown in the picture waited so long , french fries is so old and cold , they said ticket run out of paper ? I've been standing for so long they should have asked me if that is my order or if I'm waiting for something? Or check the cashier till to reprint the receipt. To make matters worse, i asked for my drinks & she said i did not order a drinks, i have to go back and show her the receipt .
