Average service, nothing to rave about. Stopped going here when they changed my engine air filter without my permission. Would not recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are dishonest and un professional. They hang up on you when you voice your concerns poleitly after they had our car for 3 DAYS WITHOUT ANY PHONE Call to tell you what is happening. They refused us to come and get our car seats out so our children could not go anywhere with us! This is un acceptable and don't waste your time. These peolle don't deserve your money that you've worked hard for! They do not tell you when they are going to be done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would give this negative stats in possible.

Horrible experience, would not recommend. Shop owner could not review the bill and explain 10hrs of labour. They ended up breaking my window motor then charging me for all the parts and labour, In the process they broke some of the clips on the door panel and brand new moldings. They then took these molding wrapped them in a bag and hid them under my rear seat so i wouldn't see. My truck was filthy leaving the shop, greasy finger prints all over my door and interior. The owner ended up getting physical and the police had to be called. They will act as if there doing you a favour then add stuff to your bill. DO ANYTHING BUT DEAL WITH KEVIN AND THIS SHOP. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY.alot of the good reviews are from freinds and employees from the shop. beware.

The guys at K&B Auto are very fair in there diagnoses of my car, both my older car and my new one, if it needs to be fixed they give you the prices and options up front and if you choose to fix it they do if not they let you know the concequences. I had a 2001 Olds when i first went to then ,there was a few things going wrong with it so they advised me it would be better for me to replace it and not put more money into it than it was worth. Thank you . I replaced it and now take my jeep to them and i'm very happy with there service every time. I recomend them to all my friends and family .

I have 5 cars in my family, and we service them all at K&B. They have fair prices, and they only do the work that needs to be done. They don't try and talk you doing extra work, unless it is really necessary. If there is a problem, they stand behind it 100%. I would highly recommend K &B Auto Service to anybody. Needed new alternator, phoned up, got me in when I wanted and fixed it for a reasonable price. No trying to find other problems or trying to sell more. I can recommend this place, my Honda Civic 2009 has been running well since the repair three weeks ago.

I called & easily booked an appointment just a day prior to the drop off @ the K & B Garage for those specific issues exactly.Their service(s) were extremely great, the staff was knowledgeable and gracious.After the repair(s) of those particular defaults, exactly as I specified were completed, in a really fair amount of time, I received a call notifying me of the readiness, I went there & was quite surprised that the guys did not push for further or unnecessary repairs & there was no pressure whatsoever on their end to sell other service(s).Because of that good experience & honesty, I decided to have my vehicle(s) always serviced @ K & B and I highly recommend them to all who are seeking repair(s)/service(s) for their vehicles.

I work in the same plaza, and drive an 18 year old car. Anytime I have a situation where something goes wrong and I need it checked immediately, and often last minute, I call them in a panic. They're always happy to slot me in and take a look, and do a great job in making sure I know what's going on and what exactly actually needs to be done (vs. anything that could possibly wait). Totally trust them.
