Renewly Solar took care of everything from providing all the information to engineering to installation and I had a great experience thus far! I'm looking forward to my performance reviews with them to witness all the power production numbers. I would highly recommend Renewly.

Renewly was able to provide multiple options for installation and went over all the pros and cons of each installer. There was no pressure to select one over the other but fact based information.During the installation of the solar panels, the Renewly Solar team (Yohan Peiris) ensured constant communication with myself and the installer to ensure we were all aligned with the build. The build went great!Once installation was complete Renewly Solar kept in touch and reviewed my system several times afterwards. One of the latest meetings we had was 2 years after installation to see how the system was performing from year to year. The solar system is producing better than expected and I am happy with how Renewly has educated me with the system software and mobile apps.If you are looking to get solar panels installed I would recommend using Renewly Solar as they will save you costs and ensure you get the best system designed for your home. My parents and I own homes next door to each other and both recently installed solar panels with Renewly Solar. We have both been impressed with the quality of the customer service at all levels as well as with the product itself. From start to finish the experience was a positive one. It is obvious they are all passionate about providing a top quality product and experience for their clients. The process and what to expect was well explained at each stage and I felt like they did everything to make the steps needed to be done completely user friendly. The product itself is esthetically pleasing which is also a nice bonus and looks good on our roof as compared to other solar installations I’ve seen around the neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install a solar system.

I've had a great experience working with Renewly. The installation of the panels was done with very little interruption and on schedule. I've had my system up and running since March. It's been performing really well and I'm already generating more than I am using. There's an app that monitors the panels and how much energy you're producing in real time, which is a great way to monitor performance.Renewly has been easy to work with and never pushy. My hot water tank broke while they were here and Yohan and Adam helped me get someone in to replace the tank. Above and beyond.I still periodically email Yohan and he's been great to answer my questions, and we just had a 6-month review of the system. It was a big investment, but I have no regrets.

Our experiences with Renewly Solar is quite good~! They explained the solar system and how everything work in details and understandable. My sons are really like to talk with them and learned a lot too. After one year using the system, they are still help us to fix problem and review the performance of the system. Highly recommend!

(Jan 9) Renewly Solar was contracted to provide and install a roof mounted solar system on our home which they did. After the final inspection was completed and final payment made, it was discovered that only 77% of the system was operational. I have been trying to contact the owner for more than three weeks to have the issue resolved but cannot get a reply (email, text and phone calls have not been responded to). I am extremely disappointed and frustrated in the lack of customer service.(Feb 28) After my initial review was posted above, I was promptly contacted by Renewly and a plan to address the problem was put in place. After three - four attempts to rectify the solar system issue by the installer, the problem was finally resolved with the assistance of the inverter manufacturer; the system is now fully operational.While there were valid reasons for Yohan to be unreachable, this was a significant learning experience in customer service and communication for him, resulting is structural changed to the organization. Overall, I am pleased with the installation, the installer contracted by Renewly was excellent in terms of safety, installation quality, jobsite cleanup etc. After the initial communication failing was recognized, after installation customer service has been good and I would recommend Renewly.

Renewly Solar has been excellent to work with. They installed an ETS heater which saved money with Time of Day power agreement and helped dropped my propane usage. My 10.2Kw Solar system went live in December of 2020 has been performing very well and has greatly reduced power bills all year. June 7th Bill was just the minimum connection charge and $230 of credits! Renewly helped with every aspect of the planning, installations and rebates. Very knowledgeable and friendly company.
