Bad customer support, no conscience for the people they're working for. Would not recommend.

This is the worst company in Quebec to deal with. They exploit their monopoly to provided often less than zero service. Wait 5 days for a no show kind of service. Their 1 8** numbers dont conect unless you are in Quebec. (Pointless then really) . The operate through fake subsiduaries ( all centrally owned but deliberatly uncoordinated , drives up self-dealing" prices and wildly disfuntional service delivery. Makert service offerings by "partners" are skewed to drive up prices through "service contracts" rathern than just fix the the thing. Consumer choice and service is structurally limited by how eniger has divided up the market that they dominate. It so bad a class action suit is a likely result as Quebecers get feed up. I would say don't use them but you dont have a choice. A complete embarassment to the people of Quebec."

This company charged me for something I never singed up for. (Don’t even have Gaz on my place).I can not imagine what do they do to their poor customers.I called them (to aware them of their mistake ) and they want me to pay... when I never sign, give permission and I don’t even use... AWFUL.

Took off from work to be home for my appointment that was supposed to be in the morning. They kept lying to me that the guy will be there and now it's 5:24pm and no one from energir has showed up. Terrible company.

Energir refers service calls to Gaz Metro Plus. Terrible service and terrible referral. Service calls are 'anywhere from 8am to 8pm'. You get a call when your next, then wait 2 hours for technician. I got the call at 5:15pm. It's 7:10pm and still no technician.
