Over charger and Johnathon Bain does not stay within the quote. My building management hired his company to assess a bird netting in my balcony. He came late, and only spent 10 minutes or less. The quote was for $510 and then sent me an invoice for $758.63. I will never use his services again or recommend him or his company. I would have rate this 0 start if I could.
