Dear manager, my party arrived to your restaurant at 10:20pm after the Raptors game on Oct. 28th with 40 minutes before closing time. However upon arrival, your staff was already closing up and informed us that the grill is off so there will only be bowl options for the burrito. I lived across the street for 7 years and had no problems with your restaurant until now. Please inform your employees to honour your business hours. I write this bitterly while eating an already cold burrito bowl.

The place was a convenient food establishment to go quickly grab some grub for people taking a break or finishing their jogging or cycling activities along Queen's Quay. There are also some bike posts outside to secure cycles which is always a good thing (I know this has more to do with the city than the place itself).Only thing I can think of critiquing adversely are the serving portions. I have had more food for the same price point at other places. For the meal I ordered I got to finish it all up fine with no leftovers.

dirty place, unprepared staff, the rice was HARD as a rock and the pulled pork dry, the whole bowl tasted like old and cold food, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Takes over an hour to just prepare 1 meal on skip. Literally was starving all night. Had to cancel my order. Never again

If you want extra from one item they ask for more money even though it doesn't say it anywhere. You want a bit more sprinkle from the cheese and they will ask for almost $2 more. On another day another person won't charge you for it... Go figure. Ladies working there were very very rude. Chicken os very dry and no flavor to it. Not buying in this location anymore.

Worst fast food decision you can make I tried to order a burrito bowl - not only did they leave out the rice but the veggies are rotting. The employees lied about compensating my order with a Diet Coke.

There isn’t anything too spectacular about this place. The baja fish is my go to because I know they have to cook it fresh rather than not knowing how long the other meats sit out .

Have tried their other locations, all met our expectations but apparently something amiss here.Veg burrito was not so filling as less ingredients, even wraps were not so satisfying!Could be our turn that day?Went there late night after visiting CN tower.Have your try.

Decided to stop for a late night burrito and some churro chips. Unfortunately chips were dry and tasteless and burrito wasn’t any better. Really no good flavour and rice was also dry. Maybe it was just location, I’ve had burritos from them before with no problems.

Just got a delivery to the Royal York. Raw chicken in my burrito bowl. They also forgot one of the drinks. Get it together.
