If I could give zero stars, I would my grandma was treated horribly at this location by Abby; they screwed up our order by giving us iced coffees instead of iced sugar cookie oat cold brewed lattes; they told us we should’ve read the signs for my grandma is very old, and she can’t see very well. They did not refund us or have the kindness of saying I’m sorry for our incompetence.

Love everything here! Always perfect coffee, food, and attitude, the staff are wonderful with remembering their regulars’ orders. Donnie and Simran are notable as two of the best staff members. I now go out of my way to see them here! 10/10 highly recommend

Generic Starbucks Retail store. Unlike other Sbucks in the Regina, that are a part of other establishments (e.g. Sbucks @ Chapters, or Sbucks @ Safeway), this location is Starbucks completely on it's own. This is great and I appreciate it .... BUT, the catch w this location is that this is not a corporate store, it's a franchised location, which means you will NOT be able to claim loyalty rewards at this location. You do get loyalty points for purchases though.The place is clean and the staff are friendly..

The one anf only Starbucks in Downtown. There coffee is same all over. I had Starbucks from diffrent countries and can say they try maintain the same taste, always recommended.

I am always taking chocolate cold brew from this store. It was really nice but last experience was worst. Like they give me close lid with straw and like seriously how can I drink it !!!When I asked for another lid the guy working there totally ignored it. Worst customer service I think

The service is really good, but it is not posible that is more than 4 months old and the washrooms in this cafeteria do not work for the costumers

Went on my birthday for my free drink. After I ordered I was made aware that this location is not a Starbucks, but a Licensed Starbucks?? They can't redeem your star points, or your free drinks. I was approached by 2 guys walking in for money, and when I entered I stood at the counter for 20 seconds before someone came out of the back. Not impressed, and I will never go to this location again. Absolutely Brutal!!Drinks were ok. But the overall experience was not what I was expecting.
