I have worked for many temp agencies in the past decade and these guys are respective to the workers and try to get everyone sent out if you have any questions the office staff are well informed and if there are any issues on site they make sure you are taking care of if you are looking for work this place is the best. The owner even came in to help during renovations.

First day there, submitted the application form, and got sent out on work the same day. Even gave me the PPE I needed to work safely, though I had to buy the gloves and googles off my paycheck that day.

I've utilized this agency , as my experience has been beneficial . The staff are both helpful and willing to place me in a working environment where my skills as a carpenter can be shown. I would like to add that they also have a division suited for trades persons Ultimate Tradesmen . Overall experience has been positive

If you're never get chance to get into the trade, it's the best place to start your career's!!!

My experience with TLC was awesome. I called in an was told to come in and fill out an application and then go from there. Super simple. From there I was told to show up at 5:30 am to sign in. Everyone signs in order of first arrived so arriving early increases your chance of getting a job. I have to comment on how positve, kind, and awesome the dispatchers that I mainly dealt with are; in no particular order; Alex, Lindsay, Maria, and Paige. Thank you all for being so helpful and friendly in a time of uncertainty when I was so close to EI.Honestly if you have your basic tickets and really need a job, show up here sober, respectful, early(and being one of the last ones to leave the room if there is no work that day helps too), and hardworking and you will get a job. If you do well at a place that needs a worker for an extended period of time, you could easily land yourself a permanent/semi-permanent job.We all need to work and if you are out of work in these difficult times with a trades/construction background, you may be able to find what you need to get by with TLC; as did I.Thank you TLC for providing a frontline and essential service to many; both those seeking labour and those seeking to work. I’ve been here a couple times, the only problem is they don’t pay enough, last time I got work with these guys I went and did a job for 9 hours and when I came back to get my pay they gave me $93…TIPS is way better, I went out of town for a job in Peace River and made $1400 in 4 days(wages+living allowance+travel time)…I’m not saying TLC is bad in general, the staff are very friendly and helpful but I won’t be returning as the pay like I mentioned is way too low.

Decent place to work at, as good as temp agency’s getshow up on time, sober, don’t skip and all will go well.Ask front desk staff any questions

Relied on this place for employment for almost a full year while laid off from my previous full time job. Always managed to get a job about 80% of the time. Staff were always friendly and courteous. Not the biggest or fanciest temp employment agency. But it's very efficient in getting people out the door with work.

While they can get you a job, its really stressful when you have a recurring job that your told to come in at a later time for and after 2 weeks on it, you arrive at your later time and are told oh

Been going to this place everyday for a month and have not been sent out once. Its not hard to see the clients they send to work. Been there at 5:30 am daily, but still get passed over for the guy that walks in at 7am because why. Used to be a good place to work, but now its run by racist staff
