I went here to get a phone plan figured out and lo and behold I was offered a better plan than I was on, for about half the price that I had been paying previously. Maybe other people had a bad experience but I would highly recommend going here. Friendly, happy to help, no pressure. Great team!

First time there to switch my account to Telus wasted an hour of my life. Walked out with nothing. Staying with Bell!!!!! Will not be back there!!!. Need more experienced help in that store!!

Quick and helpful. Had me switched to a new provider and out the door in less time then it took bell to unlock my old phone.

The so called “manager” at this location has by far the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. Instead of trying to help she just makes rude remarks and has a terrible attitude. Will never return to this store.

Don't go here make the drive to stratford or try else where.Been here a few times with issues with are telus phones.The staff have no want to help they stand there and stare at you like we're suppose to know what we need to do.They have little to no knowledge on there inventory.Last time went there the one girl said the one type of phone is Chinese and doesn't really work that Samsung was are only choice that same day we went to stratford and bought that phone for a quarter the price of a Samsung. Works just as well as a Samsung and seams more durable.

This is the 2nd time dealing at this location and both times have had problems. Sold me a screen protector that keeps falling off and won't stand behind their work. Some guy named Ben tells me he won't look up to see when my phone was activated (only 2 weeks ago). So now I can't get it replaced. I'll have to buy another one. Guess I'll keep my business in Stratford! Won't be shopping here again

The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Madi and Bree went above and beyond to help me find the right cellphone and home security plan. I am very impressed with the home security and would recommend it to every home owner - great price with amazing features. Glad to be a Telus customer!

I cannot say enough about the staff here. Every one of them. So knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I drive 45 min to get to this store because of how well they treat me and how efficient they are at dealing with the issues I was having. Thank you!!

Before I went into this location I read some reviews and a lot weren't favourable. Today I had to go in and get a new phone since I broke mine and I had been putting it off because I didn't want to deal with the hassle. The associate who helped me was great. Without prompting she told me she could get me on a much cheaper plan which is a significant savings. While she was processing my order another associate was helping some customers with a phone transfer. There was nothing from either associate that would indicate to me they are as bad as some of these reviews go. Now I have my new phone which she also helped sync my info over from the broken one and I'm saving a lot with the new plan. So while I always recommend reading reviews, sometimes take them with a grain of salt.
