Unfortunately I have brought this phone in about six times and after a couple months it breaks and breaks again. Always the same price to get it fixed and I keep having the same problem.

Brought an iPad in to replace battery, informed it would be ready in 2 days, 2 days later it wasn’t done. Was told 2more days, 2 days later still not done. I was patient and understanding, he is busy. Waited 3 more days still not completed. The post it note attached to the iPad was lost and he couldn’t remember what the iPad was there for. Took my iPad back and left, terrible horrible experience!

My family and I have had several devices fixed and serviced here and always had excellent service. The turn around time is quick and prices are great. Byron always responds no matter what time it is to answer questions and help you out and get you going again! He stands behind his work 100% and its the only place we trust and go to.

Works day and night to give his customers the best service. Has the most reasonable prices around for phones, screen changes, batteries, and more. Byron is always going above and beyond to service his customers as quickly as possible. He is great at communicating and informing the customer on the progress and condition of their devices. Also gives great advice for maintenance of your mobile devices and laptops.
