I have been waiting for weeks on an estimate for repairs on my car.Today I wanted to follow up when the manager brushed me off. Very unprofessional and rude!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got into a small accident on March 12th, and needed $1,800 of repairs. I dropped the car off at their shop on March 13, 2022. My car is an Hyundai Elantra popular car, however some of the parts are backordered. They Told me that by the end of June it would be ready. My bumper came in April 22, 2022 and they told me that I could drive without the other part. So I asked them to go ahead with the work and that I will bring it back when the other part arrives. I called them on May 2nd, they stated it had just gotten into the garage on the Friday and that it’s only 3 days’ work and that it would be done by the end of the week. Now on May 9th I just called, and they are doing the paint job, and that it won’t be ready until Friday May 13th at best. If they could have been honest up front it would have lowered my expectations, but that fact they stated each week it would be ready by Friday and here we are weeks later still not ready?? That’s 2 months in their body shop for a bumper to a Hyundai Elantra. It’s just not right!!!.

I had Carstar repair damages to my vehicle through insurance. Prior to being referred to them, I had called a few body shops and many were two months delayed. In speaking with Carstar, they offered to tow my car to a less busy location. They also offered to complete all of the work in one shot rather than having me return in the fall. In the end, they completed the work despite a parts delay in less than a month.I found their communication was good and they gave me a call the day the car was being towed back. I’d definitely recommend them.

After a mix up, staff made a real effort to make sure I had a positive experience.Car repairs turned out excellent.

Amazing customer service! I needed my windshield replaced and was able to get an appointment in the same week. Life got in the way and I had to reschedule. The team was able to work around my schedule and made sure I was able to still have it fixed before the weekend. A special thank you to Katie and Trevor who were so kind and made me feel like my business is appreciated. Great job Carstar.

My parked car was hit in July. I was recommended CarStar orleans by a friend. They were only taking bookings for November. So I waited, since it was highly recommended. Now I understand why the wait was so long! They told me the fix would take 5 days and it ended up taking a full month. Which is fine, but the only times I received any updates on timelines was when I went out of my way to call THEM. The dent is completely fixed I’ll give them credit, they did a good job. But anticipate longer timelines than given.

I submitted my photos via the online estimate tool and was able to get a quote within 24 hours. I had a great experience with their wonderful customer service. At every point charges were explained in detail. My car looks brand new thanks to their top notch work for rust repair and windshield. They go above and beyond.

I visited this location to get my vehicle repaired after a minor collision with a deer. Let me tell you this, I've never had the pleasure of working with a better body shop in my history of owning cars. The staff working here is full of warmth and is very welcoming. I have always believed a business that has top notch customer service will always provide the best service and this shop did not disappoint.Katie at the front desk in particular was extremely communicative with respect to any questions and concerns I had. She also made sure I was kept up to date throughout the repair process. Despite the ongoing pandemic, the shop was able to secure replacement parts for my vehicle and the job was completed in a timely manner.As for the work itself, my vehicle looks brand new. I'm very particular when it comes to my cars and I was very, very happy to see the end result. It's quite literally impossible to tell that my vehicle was ever involved in a collision which is a testament to the work performed. Everything from the panels to the paint finish is spot on.Post repair, I had just a few very, very minor concerns and once again Katie was extremely prompt in getting back to me to schedule a follow up service. I was also offered the use of a complimentary courtesy car and within the span of a few hours, my vehicle was ready to go with everything rectified to my complete satisfaction.I've dealt with other body shops in the Ottawa area however my experiences have always left me horribly unsatisfied with poor results and equally poor and rude customer service. With this shop however, I'm very happy to say I've found a reliable and trustworthy shop that I will for sure be referring my friends and family to. Keep up the good work guys!

I TRIED to use this business! I went online to submit a claim after an accident, I filled out the form and submitted the pictures as they request. Five days later and I still haven't heard from anyone. I then sent a direct email to the Orleans shop early in the morning and STILL haven't heard from anyone and I received zero confirmation that they even received my insurance claim request. Right off the bat, it tells me that professionalism and customer service are not this shop's priority. In today's competitive modern world when customer service means EVERYTHING because of online reviews, you would think that people's attitudes and care for the customer would be of utmost importance, it REALLY isn't. Nobody cares anymore and well, the result is that we go elsewhere and others will follow suit. I've also read about the horrible attitude of the management and receptionist so in a way I'm glad I got completely ignored. I went across the street to one of Carstar's competitors and was welcomed with open arms and got outstanding service. If you want to rate how bad a company is, read their replies to negative online reviews... It's a template with the same reply to everyone! lol They don't even take the time to address specific issues. JUST terrible.
