spoken to as a problem to them wasting their time only to when request something being told were sending months later not sent, They say something when request case co ordinator sure no problem yes I agree that are left unseen not done or taken care of. Poor health care at home and not their priority. Leave you feeling not that much. Customer service very lacking by sounds interrupted.UPDATE: after calling the supervisor of the Co ordinator that argued with me and never sent anyone to assist and I was a problem to her I spoke to her supervisor after validating what said on my file said would call me back after dealt with the person never called but I have the best co ordinator extremely helpful understands me and my needs. Am not left out in left field makes sure have the services I need. I am very lucky have got someone that helps me and has no issues.
