Walmart Supercentre

Great friendly staff work at this store. Sara, Christine, Karen and Morgan in the self checkout area are especially kind and helpful. With Russ always stalking shelves, while Joanne and Tracy greet customers arriving through the front doors.The hard working cart retrievers put up with all kinds of weather to make sure carts are available for customers.There are so many staff I don't know, but I always see them busy trying hard to make sure customers have products available.The ladies that do the online shopping orders always share a smile and friendly hello.I've been shopping at this store since it opened and its obvious why I continue to do so.Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do!

After work I went to Walmart with my sister and my niece(10 Months old). After billing my sister found there is a difference in price on the invoice that one we found on the price tag. Then i went inside again and took a picture of all items (2 items) which they took extra money. We went to the customer service desk and had a terrible experience. The associate went inside again and agreed with me after checking himself(which took 15 mins). Then he called manager and we waited another 15mins for her to arrive. Then she waited for his associate to complete dealing with another customer to train him on how to return items and adjust pricing, which took them another 20 mins. All this time my they saw me and my sister having a hard time. They totally disrespected our time. We waited for almost 1 hour for their mistake and they even made stuffs slow even after I asked the associate to make stuffs faster. Hope stuffs improve.

It is 11:00 pm at night and all I hear is banging and crashing in Walmart parking lot. I live at 760 Woodhill Dr. Do you know how difficult it is to sleep with all this noice happening at this time of night?!!! You need to do something about this!!! You are annoying and disturbing people in this neighborhood!!It is bedtime not crashing time!! Do something!! It’s now 11:20 and they are still at it!!!

Small place compared to others but nice staff and lots of parking. Self check out has lots of space to lay down items. Has a bunch of vegan items as well but I didn’t see any vegan yogurts when I was there.

Walmart in Fergus is a nice little store. Not as big as some stores but for the area it's not bad. Has a lot of selection for a smaller store. Purchased black mulch for the garden from the garden centre. Was a good price and easy to load. No one helped load but thats alright, it waa good exercise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean store. Great self checkouts and staff were always there promptly to help me with any problems in checking out. Produce quality much improved since store opening. Clean washrooms and helpful and friendly staff in the store pharmacy where we have our registered meds.

The assistant manager was fantastic March 9th, came in with a broken heater, and she was kind, helpful and allowed us to exchange with no issues :) and lady that helped us afterward was a sweetheart what a great experience thanks ladies !Came in at 745pm March 9th!

Went on Black Friday to get one of the tv's that were on sale. Customer service was kind enough to hold the tv until I returned with a vehicle large enough to transport the item home. However on my way out, after showing the receipt to customer service, I was accused of stealing the tv by one of the Walmart employees. Even after presenting the receipt for a second time stating it had been paid for earlier that day, and providing the name of the employee that checked me out, the lady at the front told me I was lying. Rude and unprofessional, will not be returning.
