Our kitchen faucet was long overdue for replacement. We called John The Plumber and later that same day Lance showed up, ready to work. lance was personable, presentable, provided us with excellent information about the repair and warranties, and clearly knew what he was doing. I thought the labour charge was a bit high, but I hire a plumber so rarely that maybe I'm just out of touch with current rates! I was just as impressed with the company's communication - call backs were almost instantaneous and Lance phoned ahead to confirm his ETA. All told, a good experience and I would not hesitate to call on Jhn The Plumber again.

The world of plumbing and water damage is a worry for me. I booked an appointment online on a weekend indicating not an emergency but got a response within the hour and a scheduled appointment a couple of days later. Charlie from John the Plumber Kingston was on time and the most pleasant, patient person. Like all homeowners we worry how much, how bad, etc but Charlie took the time to explain it all and gave me options. As we needed the City to shut down the water he gave me the information to coordinate with him and the City. My upstairs toilet shut off valve needed replacing and my water main tap was seized on. The City was able to come the following week. Charlie messaged me before the scheduled time telling me the City often come early so he will too so that he can tackle the job quickly and get my water back on as soon as possible. No surprise...everything went as Charlie said it would. Everything was done with no stress. He left the area spotless like he'd never been there. I enjoyed chatting with Charlie and so appreciated the time he gave me! I cannot say enough about Charlie and the company. The water pressure coming to the house was really high and that was making noise when I was using my washing machine. I was not sure what it was, but when I called them they knew what I was talking about. Very pleasant and helpful. Crispin is very knowledgeable and easy to ask questions to. He took pride of his job and treated my concerns like it was his house. He installed a new Jtp supplied pressure reducing valve. Erik was nice and polite, he repaired a toilet and installed soldered quarter turn style, isolation valve under my kitchen sink.Everything went very well, fast, clean and professional. From the day I called to the day that the job was done. I will not hesitate to contact you again and refer your company , Crispin and Erik to my neighbours and friends.Thank you so much to make the experience with plumber easy , that is a relief!

These plumbers were professional and efficient. They knew how to work with the plumbing of my 60 year old bathroom sink. They added shutoff values before doing the replacement of sink and taps. All this was done with a minimal of defacing the current walls in adjoining room (where access to the stack" was best located)."

The fantastic customer experience began with booking - the service was simple to book, the representative was very friendly and accommodating and booked me in quickly.The technicians called about 30 mins before their anticipated arrival which gave me lots of time to get to the location to meet them. We had water in our basement and called John the Plumber for help. Garrett and Connor arrived the next day and expertly identified our two issues—a blockage in a previously-patched pipe under our basement floor, and a fully collapsed main pipe under our front lawn. I had little knowledge of plumbing, and they took the time to patiently explain the situation to me and walk me through my options. In the end, I agreed to have them fully replace the broken pipes. This was a big job and I worried it would take a while to resolve, which caused me stress. We have young children and the holidays were around the corner. However, Garrett and Connor vastly exceeded my expectations. They had a quote to me by the next morning, the crew in by the next business day and they made everything happen quickly, smoothly and as painlessly as possible given the circumstances. In the three days they worked at my house, they kept me informed and checked in with me along the way. The entire crew was respectful, thorough, communicative and efficient.
