Steve Bailey lacks ethical standards.    He is not able to realistically set client expectations and toys with potential buyers by making them try to bid against themselves despite offering their top end in a bidding war. If anyone on his team tells you that you're top 3 highest bids" that is a strategy and in fact you're the top bid and he is now looking for you to bid against yourself for more.If you list with him be aware buyers lost all respect for him.If you attempt to buy a home he listed

I agree with the person who gave Steve bailey than a less than stellar review. Thanks for the heads-up and warning about his less than ethical and professional approach to the profession of a real estate agent. Too many bad apples. I will steer clear and avoid him as an agent. I've read about his code of misconduct and his sheet lack of responsibility.
