Province Electric Supply

I tried to put in an online order for a few breakers to be delivered to my home address in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. I placed the order and paid. The payment was taken but the order had an error. I emailed them about it (it was a Sunday so my email ahead of them is understandable). They responded Monday, got my address and confirmed the order, it would ship Tuesday. No sign of it Friday I asked for a tracking number. No response until the next Tuesday saying they had a problem and were shipping it from one location in Ontario to another. Why not ship from that location to Saskatoon??? Then they sent via UPS. UPS went to my home and instead of leaving it inside (there were workers there who could have put it in, or leave in on the step (like all other delivery people), they took it in there truck. UPS is no help trying to track it down and go to a location to pick up. It will eventually get to a location (not the closest). Canada Post is a lot better.Province Electric's buy at location might be good. Order service is bad.

They are the best with customer service and a group of nice men willing to help!!KO

Very vad service, and expensive prices compare with other electric stores, they charge 25% of the product , when you need to change or just devolution. No recomend thus place.

Poor customer service.
