The best dental experience I have ever had.Needed to get 3 wisdom teeth removed and Dr Chow and his team are true professionals. They explained everything very well and the surgery was a breeze.They also call to follow up with how you are doing after and offer guidance.It is very rare to find people who care and you will find them here! Highly recommended.

Dr. Chow is a fantastic oral surgeon and I am very happy to have been referred to him for my wisdom teeth extraction several years ago. I was terrified of the procedure but thankfully him and his amazing team made the experience very comforting for me. Out of my friends, I'm the only one with a happy and successful wisdom teeth removal story to tell, and that's all thanks to Dr. Chow. I had a very quick recovery and was overall very happy with the experience in the end.However, this review is not entirely for me, as recently, my father also got one of his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Chow. He had been experiencing severe pain and one morning the pain was so extreme that he was unable to even eat. As this was a tooth he had consistently been having issues with, him and I contacted Dr. Chow's office immediately. I ended up taking over as he was in so much pain he couldn't even speak. Thankfully after speaking with the wonderful ladies at the front desk, especially Mina, Dr. Chow's office was able to book my dad in very quickly for an emergency assessment, which was later turned into an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I came home later that day to find my dad so incredibly happy and pain free and felt so thankful. He recently finished his recovery and he's just as happy as I was several years ago with my extraction.I am so thankful for Dr. Chow and his team for how amazing and caring they were in handling my dad's situation. Dr. Chow is truly talented and his team (especially Mina with whom I spoke the majority of the time) are very caring and hard-working.I would also like to mention that I was a bit skeptical about getting dental work done during a pandemic but thankfully Dr. Chow and his team follow all of the appropriate measures including sanitation, PPE and more.

The office made the experience very easy for the client (me). Lots of touch points, ample information, and seamless surgery. I would recommend this office to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed. I have minimal pain and swelling the day after surgery, and no bruising. The only comment i have is that it would have been nice to have a quick debrief with the doctor after the operation for reassurance. I assume it went well, but hearing it goes a long way ;)

I got my three wisdom teeth removed this week. I was super nervous but Dr. Chow and all the staff members were so friendly and lovely, they made me feel comfortable. The surgery went quickly (I don’t remember anything)and I don’t feel any pain and my face is not swollen at all! Big thank you to Dr. Chow!! :)

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and 1 other tooth extracted by Dr.Chow and the whole process was easy and seamless. I experience minimal pain and swelling following the surgery with almost no bruising. Dr. Chow's office made me supported throughout the entire process and were available to answer all my questions. The anesthesia office went through all the post-op care and recovery recommendations and even called the following day to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend Dr.Chow and his team.

Dr. Chow removed my 2 wisdom teeth today morning. I was a bit nervous but they calmed me down so well. Operation was quick. I slept the whole time. I don't have even swelling at the moment. Just the pain which they said it's normal for a couple of days. They called me in the afternoon to check in. All clinic staff are so kind and helpful. I am very grateful for Dr. Chow and his team making it a very clean process.Initial appointment was great too. They explained everything in detail. Dr. Chow talked about the options for anesthesia. We decided to go with local anesthesia. Dr. Chow is a kind, warm and fun doctor. He gives you great confidence and calms you down.

People always have a wisdom tooth surgery horror story.. Couldn't be me though lol. With 4 wisdoms taken out I was back to work right away. Minimal pain, Minimal swelling on face and could eat normally right away. 10/10

Dr. Chow is super friendly, caring, and professional! He extracted both my lower wisdom teeth very quickly and painlessly. And we had some fun photos at the end while I was recovering from my sedation. Highly recommend!!

I recently had an awful experience when I book an appointment with one receptionist. The receptionist was unfriendly, even rude.I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Kxx and the receptionist told me that Dr.Kxx is full until August. Since I'm not fluent in English, I requested the receptionist to speak slowly. I also asked the receptionist if I understood correctly once the receptionist finished her speaking . When I understood that Dr. Kxx's appointment would not be until August, I mentioned that Dr. Kxx had treated me before, I wanted to make an appointment with him. She actually said Everyone wants to see Dr. Kxx!!!" When she said that
