We were impressed from our first trip to the showroom, they were very knowledgeable,best price around,easy to deal with, they were on time,very professional,they did an excellent install on our fireplace and cleaned up before they left! Uc Experts installed our gas fireplace and I have them inspect the fireplace and the furnace on a regular basis.I especially like Wally and the owner, Ray. They are both polite, friendly and helpful and explain everything they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased a 56 Napoleon Ascent Linear fireplace from UC Experts when Ray visited our home to review the install and we signed the deal on the spot. Wally and Sayed installed the fireplace and they were knowledgeable

The service man was so polite and took time to teach me how to operate the system on my fireplace. He cleaned the glass when he finished installing everything. And he explained how everything worked and made sure that I did it while he was in my home. He was so good at the detail of my fireplace. And he was very friendly and polite and most pleasant person that I've had service anything in my home!!! I felt that he really cared about his work!

We shopped around for our Gas fireplace and accidentally came across UC Experts. It was the last place we visited and the price was reasonable, and Ray took the time to show us the products. He wasnt pushy at all, and answered all of our questions. We decided right away to buy our fireplace from him. The turnaround time was very quick. His team of 3 men came to our home, and were so professional. Wally was wonderful - he took extra time going through each part of the fireplace with us (even though its all in the manual). There was a small scratch on the fireplace and the guys made sure to paint it which I thought was so nice. Overall was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this company.
