Soni bought a ciment trowel from them but the problem was not only that , so I call them to make sure first that they have what I need , the guy on the phone was so rude, couldn't even get accurate info from him , totally looked like a guy that was just waiting for his paycheck evry Thursday and not a employee that wants a business to grow.Got their few minutes before coling hours, the same guy kept on repeating se are closing now" kind of get the heck out I want to leave.. very disrespectful.. and the to get back to the trowel

Good customer service, return and exchange policy is junk compared to competitors such as Princess Auto, Rona , etc. Prices on very few items are competitive. Item inventory status is not displayed on the website for each store branch, making shopping very difficult. It was my first and last time there.

Great location to find all your special garage tools. Prices are amazing and the owner is great however the staff needs a little tuning. The place still deserve 5 stars.

Very very very amazing place. Name a tool, they have it. Not even joking. A lot of the times, their prices are better than Amazon and even other tools stores for the exact same tool. If you are into tools, or even work with tools, check this place out, you'll enjoy this palace just by observing. They have a good selection of auto mech tools, that even I bought from them, and I can't complain. They aren't Snap on quality or Mac, but they do the job just fine for DIY mechs. Would recommend just passing by and enjoying an hour or two walking around the shelves of tools.

Best possible prices for all your tool needs. It's not big brand names but the quality is a solid pass. Almost everything possible in store with very helpful personel. I would and do recommend this place to any one!

This place is a dream from MEN. Why go spend a lot of money for tools at Canadian Tire" if "Le Monde Des Outils" have them at 40% cheaper?At least this place is being honest with their prices. They have a ton of specialty tool and everything you would need!!I highly recommend this place

I bought the extendable ladder, but the afternoon the man I asked to install told me that he needs a longer ladder for the roof. I contacted the salesman here, they refused. That's the first time I know that we can't return the products to get refund. But they allow you to exchange for other things. Thanks for Gabi, he explained and help me out with this issue. If you have problems, pls talk with the supervisor and also pay attention to the notice in front of the casher. That's very important!!!!!
