What can I say? They fail people on driving tests to make money. If you want a true chance to pass your test don't go here. I'll give it to some of the staff for being friendly, but friendliness does not mean their business is good.

Always service above and beyond...knowledgeable and friendly staff.....best registry that I have had the pleasure of dealing with for many years..will drive out of my way to come here

Terrible service. I called to confirm information regarding a remote drivers license renewal to make sure that what I had found on the government of Alberta website was correct. The agent at Devon registries told me what I was doing was wrong and proceeded to redirect me with incorrect information and were very rude about it saying that I should be happy that a remote renewal is even an option. I ended up calling a different registry agent who was VERY helpful and they guided me back to the information that I had originally found and confirmed that the information Devon Registries gave me was not accurate. I highly recommend Strathcona Registries instead if you are looking for an alternative with far better customer service.

Phoned and confirmed a commissioner of oaths. They told once I came in they only have the service once a week, then pointed to the door. I remember when the Government privatized this service...it was going to be better?
