Extremely rude owner. I was told on the phone that I can come to hue store anytime after 10:00am. I arrived at the store around 10:30am and the staff I talk to on the phone ask me to come in but the store owner said they have a customer in the store so The staff told me to come back in 30 minutes which I did and found out I had to wait longer because the other customer didn’t leave yet.After waiting about 40 minutes, I needed to use the washroom so I went back to knock on the door and ask to use the washroom.When I walked in and I asked a question how big is the store area? The owner immediately went nuts and started yelling at me that he doesn’t want my business and ask me to leave.It was so insulting and it seems like the owner was racist and doesn’t like an Asian in his store.I feel sorry for the staff that has to work for such rude person.

Always a positive experience, great place for textiles. The owner and staff are great and have always gone above and beyond.

Absolutely GARBAGE customer service. How are you even in business? Anyone answering the phone the way these chumps do I honestly can't even comprehend it. Stay away!

I have been a customer for 10 years. The owner and staff have always been very helpful. As a store owner myself we are in very trying times, with self distancing and sanitizing after customers life can be stressful.
