Food was fantastic!! Ordered through Ubereats and they were sold out of the salad we wanted so I picked a different wrap- we ordered 3 sandwiches/ wraps all together and received 4. Definitely will be back!

I've had a few different sandwiches and they've all been excellent. I've also tried a couple sugar free dessert items that have also been quite good. It's so nice to have a place to get fresh healthy menu items so close to home. Very clean ingredient menu with lots of options. I encourage anyone who's reading this who hasn't tried Flavour Fuel out yet to definitely go!

This was our first time to Flavour Fuel as we are not from the area. I will definitely be returning. First impressions it had a nice fresh baked bread aroma, the menu had a TON of options to choose from which was very difficult because after trying their chicken salad sandwich I could have taken 1 of everything. The bread was soft and fresh with just the right amount of chew to house all the ingredients of the chicken salad. The sandwiches are huge and stuffed full. You definitely get your money's worth from here. For a small place they pack a ton of flavour and freshness.

The muffin was the best one I have ever had! It was moist and fluffy. This place sells quality products! The other desserts were okay, but not very good; one looked impressive though.Prices: My three items came to under $20.

Great place to stop for a healthy bite to eat. Homemade soup of the day. Ordered the quinoa fusion salad. Fresh, flavourful and reasonably priced. Friendly owners and clean establishment. Tucked in behind the Shell gas station.

Stopped in for lunch today, tried the Portabello panini as well as the Chicken&Cheese panini, both were delicious! I wish the cheese was a little more melted, but the flavours were great. Service was kind and helpful as well. Will definitely be back! I just wish this lovely family owned deli wasn't buried beneath all the mediocre chain restaurants on Google search!

Had a chicken salad sandwich and my daughter had Caesar salad. Top quality ingredients, all made fresh, had a cpl orders in-front of me but didn’t wait long at all.Service was efficient and pleasant. Very friendly owners. Everything baked and prepared from scratch on sight.

Just went to Flavour Fuel for the first time what great food .I had the Apricot Brie Panini and my husband had the Italian sandwich both where delicious fresh tasty great ingredients made with love ❤️ will definitely be returning. Forget about subway when you have a restaurant like Flavour Fuel Fuel

If you want healthy and flavourful sandwiches, wraps and salads, you have to come here!! I’m a regular customer now! My favourites are the tzatziki wrap, spicy Italian sandwich, burrito and chicken salad salad. Their smoothies are also great! My kids ask for them! If you want a delicious carrot cake you must try the one they make.I also order catering plates or lunch bags when I have lunches with clients. EVERY TIME I’m praised by the lunch I bring, seriously, this place is amazing!!
